Admire amazing sunsets from the Gulf-view balcony of this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the Holiday Villas III complex - a family-friendly getaway on soft white sands. Relax by the heated pool after a dip in the emerald waters of the Gulf!



Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and stainless steel appliances. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite! All beds have been outfitted with cool gel memory foam mattresses so you can rest and relax in comfort.

We had such a wonderful 2 weeks and perfect weather. We loved the quiet beach , The construction was a little disappointing, but when it's finished the updates are going to be beautiful. Great communication .

We had a great stay at this property. The view was amazing from the balcony and dining room. The price was great for the time we were there. Only complaint would be the coffee pots needed updated as both leaked all over the counter when you put water in them but that was a minor thing

Our stay was very pleasant, it could’ve been a bit better with laundry in the room or a working pool (which was out of anyone’s control). Other than that, we really enjoyed the convenience of this location and the easy access to the beach!
