ThisSweet Retreat has 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths in a quiet peaceful neighborhood with all the amenities and comforts you can think of. You have two covered Carports in front of the home for shade and cover for those rainy days. Plenty of parking for 3 carsand a boat trailer.

Dock your boat on the property with the 37ft of dock. The dock offers deep water access to the Atlantic Ocean. The home boasts an outdoor fridge, bait freezer, Commercial Ice Maker, and dockside fish cleaning table, so you can easily clean your latest catch. Luxury outdoor gas grill to cook with rotisserie and dual heating bar included.

Once you enter the home through the grand foyer, you see the beautifulwood stairs. The first bedroom on your right has a twin trundle bed, TV, and accessto the pool. Next to the bedroom, you will have a half bath. The large laundry room has a front loader washer & dryer, an ironing area, and plentyof linens and beach towels. If you go straight down along the staircase you will enter the huge master suite with a California king bed, His and Hers large closets, dual vanities, a soaking tub, shower, TV, and a private entrance to the pool.

As you make your way upstairs you will find the Vaulted Great room that overlooks the pool area and canal. The spacious formal dining room seats eight people and leads out to a balcony that has a six-seater dining table overlooking the pool. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to make those large family meals, a Large kitchen Island, 2 separate copper sinks with all stainless steel appliances, and a gas range!. Going around the staircase upstairs there are two guest bedrooms, one with a king-size bed & the other with a queen-size bed both bedrooms have TVs. Between the rooms isthe second full bathroom with adouble-wide shower.

The backyard has been laidout to make you feel like you are in a tropical Oasis. We have an awesome Tiki Hut with an outdoor sofa, chairs, beautiful rope lighting & fan.

The built-in automatic mosquito mist system will ensure to make it comfortable,itencompasses the entire yard and keeps the mosquitos away.

The Pool is Grande with a spill-over jacuzzi and a splash pad, pool heat is included. Relax in the oversized loungers or fish from the back dock.

On your kayaks or paddleboards you can actually follow the canal to Sombrero Beach if you are feeling adventurous!

Sombrero Beach is known as one of the best-kept secrets in the Florida Keys. Sombrero Beach has beautiful white soft sand alongside glistening turquoise waters, without the throngs of tourists found on other beaches. Serene and beautiful, Sombrero Beach will be the highlight of your trip. It is only a 5 min drive to enjoy sunbathing, snorkeling, and fishing in the shallow water or playing volleyball or digging sandcastles on the sandy shore. There are also BBQ grills, a playground, and a pier.

The area around Sombrero Beach also offers a wealth of things to do. Snorkel in the calm waters of Sombrero Reef, the third-largest coral reef in the world or visit the sea turtles at the Turtle Hospital or dive in with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center in nearby Grassy Key. Plenty of diving and deep-sea fishing charters within minutes.
