The Condo was clean, comfy beds, updated and the perfect size for our family of 4. Location was also amazing. The Splash Resort itself was very convenient with the splash pad, pools and lazy river with food/drink options.

The view was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony. Room was clean. I loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. It gets very cold in the unit, bring cozy clothes. My only complaint is the mattress in the main room desperately needs replacing. It was very uncomfortable. Extremely loud. You feel every spring. If you toss and turn when sleeping be prepared for it to wake you. I don’t believe the headboard is attached and it slaps against the wall even with the slightest movement. Overall, loved the unit. I will book through RealJoy again but probably a different unit due to the bed.

Amenities & condo were nice. Furniture was comfortable. Sheets were clean, but matress protectors & blankets were pretty disgusting. We ended up washing most everything. Besides dirty bedding, the only other complaint was no noticeable security in parking garage, as we were a late check-in, and luggage carriers were only on the first level. This was challenging & lack.of security was concerning, although we had no trouble during our stay. It was peaceful, and a very convenient location, with a beautiful view.

Worst place to stay! The description misleads everything about the resort!! The splash pad has a lot of rust in their pipes, water is cloudy, there is a sewer next to the resort with dark waters going into the sea!!! How gross!! The sea water is not crystal blue, is dark cloudy green!!!! And smells really bad, their pools are the worst, extremely cold and seems unsanitary

Wonderful first time for my 3 kids at the beach. Very clean, had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, lazy river, and water slides. Just a short walk to the beach, beautiful view from room. Awesome stay. Will book again!
