If you are looking for a vacation destination that is truly oceanfront, this property offers just that. This unit features approximately 2,400 sq. feet of astounding luxury. Towers Grande is located directly on the beach near shops, golf, entertainment, and night life. Enjoy the action or just relax and watch the waves from the 5th floor balcony overlooking the waves below. Towers Grande is a short drive to Main Street Pier where you can see a free concert at the band shell, visit the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides, or enjoy the water park. We are also near the Sun-Glow Pier for a great meal at world-famous Crabby Joe's.

As you walk toward this condo building gazing on the Halifax River below, you'll find a private, screen front porch completed by outdoor dining furniture. The oceanfront living room is tastefully decorated with beautiful leather couches, a 47-inch TV, and a Blue Ray player all overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with an entrance to your private balcony. The ocean view dining room holds a spacious table with seating for six adjacent to the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen holds an additional dining area for 4 additional searing as well as 3 bar stools. There is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer for added convenience.

The oceanfront master suite features a flat-screen TV, king bed, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, and large windows to take in beautiful sunrises. The suite is completed by a full bathroom with a double vanity, relaxing tub, spacious walk-in shower, and walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed, television, and an adjacent full bathroom which also open up to the common area. The last guest bedroom holds 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, and television.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Please note that Towers Grande HOA does have an abundance of specific rules that they enforce stringently. This includes only allowing related family members to book the unit. Also, of those family members, the same guests much be in the unit the entire length of stay and cannot be changed out with other guests. Also to note from the HOA, even private vehicles that have any commercial decal on them are not allowed as it's considered a commercial vehicle. They do not allow animals of any kind and claim they are exempt from the ADA law regarding service animals. These conditions are out of our control as a management company are the conditions set by the HOA. The HOA has us send you an addendum agreeing to their specific rules and fine penalties after your reservation is confirmed. To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
