Ideal for couples, this completely renovated apartment is located 1 minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea and 15 minutes from the city center. Close to all amenities (bakery, tobacco, casino, ....) bus to
two steps, tram stop at the bottom of the building and the airport is 5 minutes away.
The apartment is very bright, sunny and functional.
It has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, washing machine) which is open to the living room.
There is a kettle and a coffee machine with pods at your disposal.
1 sofa bed with very good bedding
