Beautiful staying

It gets quite noisy in the evening and night, but at all it is a beautiful apartment to stay in Nice an has a good connection to the vivid area and the beach.

Great location

Enjoyable. Lovely building, cozy flat with a well equipped kitchen! Sunny all day. Very comfortable bed. Bonus: washing machine. Would recommend.

Great apartment

This was great accommodation when you're on a bit of a budget. Great location for getting around. It was clean, had everything you needed plus a little more. The beds were basic but comfortable. Loved the veranda. The host couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.

Perfect Place.

Lovely host and location. Situated on a pedestrian street that leads into Massena Square. Lined with restaurants but no noise in the apartment and very little on the 8th floor balcony. Great location for walking, tram and bus stops and the promenade. Easy walk to mainline train station (exit the building right, cross the road and take the next right then walk straight up the road to the station (15-20 mins). We would happily stay here again.

Great Value Property in Nice Centre

Two rugby supporters in Nice for the RWC. Property is in a fantastic location, a few streets back from the main sea promenade where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars. City centre and port area all in walking distance The host was very attentive on booking and at arrival and was available as required. Apartment has everything you need - including an outside balcony overlooking the street below - for a short term stay at a competitive price.

Amazing apartment, terass and location!!!

This place is great! A small apartment with everything you need on your vacation. The location is great, 15 min walk to the train station, 5 min to the beach, close to all shops and restaurangs. A big terass where we had breakfasts and late dinners! Genevieve is a very good host, helpful and nice and always close if you need something. The one thing that is good to know is that it can be noisy at night if you sleep with open terass, but it was not a problem for us! We had a great time and we'll stay here again for sure!

Nice vacation

We stayed 8 nights at the end of October/ beginning of November. The accommodations were basic but nice. The bed was comfortable and it had a nice kitchen and a large balcony. Located on the pedestrian area on Rue de France. Our host was wonderful. Communication was enough to get by. Unfortunately I do not speak French. It was my wife and I 42nd Anniversary. We were not disappointed. We would definitely stay there again.

Wij verblijven voor de tweede keer in deze appartementen. De eigenaresse is ontzettend vriendelijk en netjes. We voelen ons hier helemaal thuis en hebben opnieuw een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Super appartement

Notre hote a etait parfaite dans la communication malgré quon ai loupé notre avion et que nous sommes arrivés tardivement. Des fruits et a manger nous on étais tres gentiment donné. Pour l'appartement celui-ci est idéalement placé. Je recommande juste attention avec la chaleur .

上の階だったので、真夏でも窓を開ければ涼しく、快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機の使い方やゴミの分別法などがあらかじめ書いてあったり細やかな対応。 海岸までも旧市街までも近く、最高の立地でした。 ベランダからの眺めがバカンスのイメージそのもので、思い出に残りました。

Redelijk verblijf

Er was net gesausd, mevr verontschuldigde haar voor de stof en geur. Dit was wel aanwezig. Keukengerei was voldoende behalve goede kookpan en een grote koekenpan misten wij.
