Direct Ocean Front View with 1 King bed in the master suite and a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Private ocean front balcony with spectacular view of the beach, pools, historical Band Shell and the pier.

This stunning condo has all the beach vibes and features corian countertops and updated flooring. You will have a fully stocked kitchen, free password protected Wi-Fi, and a panoramic view of miles of wide, sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Fully furnished with dishes, cookware, fresh clean linens, towels, 2 HDTVs, appliances, washer/dryer, utensils, and more! Step out onto the private balcony to listen to the waves and enjoy the view- especially the sun rises! You can also see the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk Shoppes from your balcony.

Perfect for our trip!

My husband and I love staying at Wyndham and this unit didn’t disappoint! Walking in to the condo you could smell the cleanliness. I personally loved how the owners had provided not only a drip pot coffee but also a Keurig. The owners were very responsive when messaged with any questions or concerns regarding the unit! We definitely look forward to booking again one day!

Nice place, great view!

Aside from the chilly weather in February this was a nice place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. The view was amazing and the balcony was a nice place to sit on the morning and watch the sunrise! Our only issues were the heat wasn’t working properly and the front door was tricky to close.

Great location, but...

Everything for beach play was spot on - pool, hot tub, lazy river, tiki bar and beach access, but...the ocean walk shops and theater were a bust - all gone and/or closed. Up date your advertising with reality.

Perfect little family vacation condo

Room matched the listing exactly! Perfect for my little family of 4, clean comfortable. The pull out bed is a bit noisy & uncomfortable but it did the job! Views are amazing & property is always amazing. The only downfall is that staying on this side of the property you don’t get the Wyndham bracelets that unlock doors & rooms, having to mess with a key card but not a big deal! Would stay again for sure! Didn’t even need to reach out to property manager at all it was perfect the whole week!

Anniversary Getaway! :)

My husband and stayed for 4 nights. I was pleasantly surprised that the condo came with beach chairs, boogie boards and THICK beach towels! The unit was at the perfect height- 7th floor. The unit looked exactly like the pictures! Just a heads up for people coming with kiddos- the slide is closed and has been since last year- we talked to numerous people that came. When lightning is spotted from 5 miles away they shut down the ENTIRE pool area and it won’t open up for a few hours. Security is strict, but it’s a nice reassurance to have too. The hotel had a pool bar and a bistro- we didn’t eat at any. Mai Tai bar next door has an awesome happy hour! This place is in the heart of everything! We parked our car and walked everywhere!

UNIT REALLY NEEDS TO BE UPDATED. BEDDING WAS DIRTY. FLOORS AND SHOWER WAS DIRTY. PAINT WAS YELLOWED AND THE PILLOWS WERE PAPER THIN. I FEEL BAD FOR OWNERS THEY ARE NOT BEING REPRESENTED WELL BY THE MANAGER BUT THEY DO NEED TO INVEST A LITTLE IN THE UPKEEP OF THIS UNIT. ON A GOOD NOTE IT IS LOCATED VERY NICELY FOR DAYTONA CHEER COMP AND THE ROOM WAS COLD AND HAD FANS. THE UNIT ALSO HAD LAUNDRY MACHINES SO THAT WAS VERY CONVENIENT.

3 Star Condo in a 5 Star Resort

I wish I could have given this stay a higher rating. The resort itself is fantastic but this condo needs a deep cleaning and some attention to maintenance items. The bathroom - The shower doors were worn out and would not slide, we could not move them or close them. The vanity light fixture is rusty. Cleanliness - There was a thick layer of dust on the bedroom lampshades, so much so that you could write your name on them. The barstool chairs at the kitchen bar had food particles in the upholstered creases. The place needs a deep clean. All in all it was a good stay. The condo does have a million dollar view and with a little attention from the owners it could be fantastic. I do have pictures to support my comments as well.

We were very happy with our stay at Joe and Mandy's 7th floor Oceanfront 1 BR at the Ocean Walk Resort in Daytona Beach. I was impressed with the communication as they were incredibly responsive, particularly through text messaging. I requested a box fan in the unit, if possible, and they ensured we had one. They helped facilitate an early check-in (which isn't always possible, depending on their cleaners' schedule) and seemed attentive to any questions we had leading to our stay. The bedroom is large. The pull-out couch was nothing fancy but it slept two teens with no problems. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, plates, and utenstils and made living there for a week a breeze. I have no complaints and will be reaching out to these owners the next time we stay in Daytona Beach. I highly recommend this unit, as well as the owners.

Fun and beautiful

The condo was nice. It satisfied all of our needs. The facility had very nice pools and the beach was nice. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool areas were kept very clean and the beach was as well. We had a wonderful time!

The bed very comfortable but need more pillows .Balcony the door tracks were dirty and it could use a paint job. The bathroom was a little outdated need a toilet the seat was pealing. But overall the unit was clean and comfortable.

2024 Hanson Family Vacay

Our condo was really nice, beautiful ocean view & watched the sunrise with a fresh cup, really enjoyed that! The only thing that was a little shocking @ 1st was watching people rush to save their chairs by the pools at 8am. I did it one morning & after that we'd just watch for chairs to be vacant for at least an hour & then we'd just set their towels under the chair. There was never a problem & we enjoyed the beach much more so we stayed there most days.

Perfect

We were in town for our daughter’s cheer nationals. Everything was in walking distance. The pool was amazing. Check in was smooth. The condo had everything we needed. There was also a regular coffee pot, and not a keurig, that was nice. The condo came stocked with beach towels, so leave those home. The balcony had a great view that was perfect for watching the sunrise.

Great short stay

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in this beautiful condo. It was very clean/updated and just perfect for us. The view of the moon above the ocean was just beautiful at night. Would definitely book and stay again.
