A solar heated pool keeps the temperature at a perfect 82ish degrees (April-October) while floating around soaking up the sun....gas heating option available for additional charge during winter ;) oh yes the sun, did we mention that Santa Barbara usually has a cloud cover til early afternoon, NOT HERE! due to the unique location of the property, this neighborhood is the first sunny area in SB almost daily! With a cross town bike route running along our cross street and a nature preserve at the end of the block this is truly a great location. 5 minutes to the beach or downtown your right where you wanna be! all new everything, from the Granite countertops to the LED lights, this house was beautifully remodeled down to every last detail!
