Located near Highway 154, the Santa Ynez Valley is a 25 minute drive through the spectacular San Marcos Pass. Hiking trails, wine tasting, restaurants, and sightseeing are only a few of the activities available in this rich valley. A short 15 minutes away and you are arrive at Hendry's beach, State Street and downtown Santa Barbara either through the beautiful city streets or south on Highway 101.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return green, blue and yellow keys to lockbox in parking garage cabinet.
Return mailbox key to entryway table and take a photo of it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks at additional cost to the guest.
Monthly utilities over the maximum of $250 will be billed to the guest.
The tenant shall receive HOA governing documents and all guests will be subject to their provisions. Failure to abide by the rules is a lease default.
