Hermosa casa estilo rancho ubicada en el corazón de Paradise Valley, a solo 30 minutos del Parque Yellowstone, a 30 minutos de Livingston y a 3 minutos del río Yellowstone. Magníficas vistas panorámicas de las sierras de Absaroka y Gallatin. Chico Hot Springs a 5 minutos.

Wonderful place

We had an amazing time!!. We stayed for a week while we visited YNP. The house was perfect for our family and it had everything we could possibly need. The views were spectacular and we were visited by deer every night. The hot tub was a huge hit for our family!! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The restaurants in Emigrant were very good. We would highly recommend staying here!! We stayed with our 5 adult children and it was perfect. Loved our stay and loved visiting YNP.

Perfect house for multi-generational gathering!

Perfect location. Close enough to Livingston, Yellowstone, Yellowstone River, and Chico Hot Springs and very private with beautiful views. House is very well appointed and property manager is super responsive. Could not have had a better stay!

Easy living

This property was better than expected! It had everything we needed and was roomy! The view of the valley was spectacular along with a bright super moon! We made use of the sauna, hot tub and the games. We all loved the house and want to come back!

Great stay.

Everything I would say about this property would be on a good note. The process, the house and amenities, the location, the view, to the giant dining room table, kitchen, bonus rooms. The 6' to bottom microwave is odd and there must be some stuck open zone valves on the radiant boiler or something because a couple rooms get hot when not calling. Hreat place, though.

Fantastic Getaway

Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful place to have a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. The house had everything we needed. Close to Sage Lodge and the Old Saloon. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful views. Large spaces that comfortably accommodated our group of 3 couples. Hosts were quick to return texts and emails. House was very clean.

Absolutely stunning!

The pictures do not do justice. This place is extremely clean, with soft sheets and towels! Easy access to the north entrance of Yellowstone and of course the hot tub and sauna were wonderful! A must if you are staying in paradise valley!

Magnificent Views, Quiet and Comfortable

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed themselves, house was great, hot tub, sauna, deck, fire pit, grassy play area were big pluses. Visits to the park, whitewater rafting, pine creek hiking, Chico hot springs, and meals in Livingston all within easy reach. You can get just about everything you need in the store in Emigrant.

Perfect sanctuary for a girls trip

This house is magic. The location is stunning and it's the perfect distance in between Bozeman and Yellowstone. The Chico hot springs are the perfect place to reset and I've never seen so many stars from the back deck. I hope to be back soon. Everyone in our group absolutely loved our stay.

Nice house - Just as advertised

The property was clean and well stocked. Thirty minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Beautiful views from the deck. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate to what you will experience in the house. We had a great stay.

Wonderful home with beautiful views

This home was wonderful for our big family!!! The view from the back porch is absolutely stunning. The host was an excellent communicator and always responded quickly. The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you could possibly need. I would recommend this home without hesitation!!!

Exceptional Place

Everything was as advertised which did not happen with my last two rentals. This stay restored my faith in Vrbo. The best stocked kitchen I have ever rented. It was perfect for our three days in Yellowstone. Our guide picked us up every morning. I told my family I would consider just coming to stay here again without going to the park.

Amazing Views

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and had a great time. We had eight family members and there was room for all. Would stay again as there are a limited number of houses available in the area with ample space for a largish party. Kids loved the games, hot tub and foosball game.

Beautiful location!

The property was great and we had everything we needed and more! We did have a visit from the sheriff in regards to why we were there and that made us a little uneasy but after that everything went well. The only negative was the hot tub was green after a couple of uses, so we couldn't use it half of the days we were there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here!

Birthday weekend

We absolutely loved our time at this property in Emmigrant! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cook ware and serving ware. The bedrooms and linen were comfortable. Our party of 10 enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, as well as the quick access to Chico Hot springs. Of course the wind was howling most of the weekend, but we loved just hanging around the house, sitting by the fire, playing games and taking in the amazing views from all the windows. It was truly hard to leave! We would certainly rent this home again…maybe next year? 😃

Family time!

We had a lovely time in Montana! The house had amazing views and it was spacious ! We went with 7 people and we were all comfortable. We loved Emigrent and the small town feel, went to Saloon and BbQ as well as bakery. The Yellowstone River was fantastic and we all went swimming and tubing. The house manager, Dan, was attentive and available with any concerns. Only thing to mention, there were limited screens on windows and it would have been nice to get more fresh air. The ac was wonderful and it would have made the cooler nights more comfortable.

Paradise in Paradise Valley

The house is perfectly situated away but not too far away from everything. Nearly every morning a deer greeted us and the first two afternoons we were lightly showered and mesmerized by the beautiful complete rainbow that appeared shortly after. The house is was spacious enough for 5 adults and 8 kids at one point yet cozy enough for four as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and there were plenty of towels and linens for our lengthy two weeks stay. Dan and Brian were very responsive. Trash was picked up when needed and the lawn was even mowed during our stay. Upkeep was on point. The IR sauna and jacuzzi topped off a wonderful vacation! Close to town, Sage Lodge and Chico Hotsprings. Lots of adventures nearby!

NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!

Do not be fooled by the misleading description that lists air conditioning as an amenity!! This house does not have it!! Spending the week with 95 degree heat in a house with no cross breeze was not comfortable. Simple fix - remove that as an amenity! Most of the windows did not have screens so opening them let in bugs. One of the gas grills did not work. The main floor bathroom had a big window in the shower with NO curtain. These are easy fixes so otherwise I would give this big beautiful house 4 or 5 stars. The deck is huge with picnic tables and chairs and nice view plus hot tub that worked great. Loved having 2 gathering rooms - 1 for TV viewers, 1 for not.
