Este fabuloso apartamento está ubicado en el famoso distrito de Oltrarno, en el corazón de la ciudad de Florencia. A solo 4-5 minutos a pie del mundialmente famoso Ponte Vecchio y a tiro de piedra de todas las principales atracciones culturales de la ciudad, cuenta con tres dormitorios y tres baños y medio y puede alojar hasta 7 personas. ¡Una casa espaciosa inundada de luz natural y con todas las comodidades modernas, lo que la convierte en su mejor lugar para alojarse mientras está en la ciudad!

Descripción y características.
El apartamento, adornado con piezas de arte contemporáneo y tapices, ha sido recientemente renovado por el propietario y cuenta con unos 160 metros cuadrados (1720 pies cuadrados) de espacio habitable. Se encuentra en el 3er piso de un maravilloso edificio histórico en la conocida "Via Sant'Agostino" y viene con un ascensor.
1 dormitorio con dos camas individuales, vestidor y baño privado con ducha (la cama en esta habitación se puede convertir en una cama King a pedido);
Dormitorio 2 con dos camas individuales (la cama en esta habitación se puede convertir en una cama King a pedido) y baño separado con ducha;
3 dormitorios con cama king size y baño privado con ducha;

- Amplio espacio abierto sala de estar y comedor;

My husband and I traveled with two other couples and we were very pleased with this unit. It had three bedrooms and three baths that were all roomy and well appointed. It was in a great neighborhood off the beaten track without all of the crowded tourist traffic. Lots of restaurants surrounding The apartment so we were able to eat without having to walk very far. The neighborhood is full of vintage and artisan shops, small grocery stores and lots of bars and restaurants. We were so glad that we didn’t stay in the busy part of the city center. A quick 20 minute walk to the train station and into the center of town. We were very pleased! The apartment is on the 4th floor so lots of stairs. There is a lift but they ask that only one person and baggage ride at a time. We felt safe and comfortable and had lots of room. Would highly recommend!

Anna was there to meet us and walk us through everything. It gave us a great start. The place was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everything was beautiful and clean. We loved having a washer/dryer. We used the dinner table for eat in meals. The fridge was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the location was easy. Loved it!!!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Florence property. The location was superb. The property was very clean and well appointed. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a big plus for our family. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out was easy. The hosts were informative, helpful and even booked taxis for us in advance when we left since our flights were early in the morning. We highly recommend this property.

Great apartment

The apartment is very nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. It has AC units in the kitchen, living room, and each bedroom but they could not cool it down enough with the unusually extreme heat during our stay. Otherwise we would have given a five-star review.

Girts trip 2025

This was our second time at this VRBO. It is perfect! Great communication from the beginning. Comfortably fitting 6 people with 3 large bathrooms . The area is full of restaurants and coffee shops and gelato just across the street! It is quiet in apt despite the action. Walking distance to all. I love this place . Perfect in every way. Emma is amazing! Hope to return some day.

Wonderful for a Long Stay

With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living room, we were able to spread out, relax, and live like locals. A perfect part of town, and a beautifully decorated flat. We would stay again, for sure!

Plenty of room and great location

Comfortable and well located apartment for my family of five to explore Florence. There is an elevator to the third floor though it is somewhat slow and you may prefer just to walk up. Highly recommend for families.

Comfortable apartment for our week in Florence — clean, quiet, good linens, comfortable beds and a fantastic location. Our only complaint was that there were not-insignificant unadvertised fees for cleaning, city tax, and a deposit that are all required to be paid in cash… would have been better to know about that and pay thru the app

Great spot close to duomo but away from crowds

stayed with family. Hosts are great. Halls Smell a bit like smoke from the years but apartment clean and nice. Location is awesome! 10 Minite walk to the center of town. Street is more Local and quiet at apartment. Great vintage shops in the neighborhood Too!!

Apt very nice & clean. Host Silvia & check-in host Emma were very nice & kind. Furniture needs a refresh (pillows, cleaning of couch, curtains falling down), need more towels (1set not enough), kitchen table needs updated as leaf side was very wobbly/weak, hard to work at or sit at.

Beautiful property and a great location

The apartment was beautiful. Large. Spacious. Very comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice kitchen and eating area. Plenty of restsurants and cafes just minutes from the apartment. All of the key museums/churches/etc. were within walking distance.walking distance.

50th anniversary in Flore

Great property. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent location steps away from restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores…..perfect for a month long stay. And the location “across “ the Arno was quieter and much less crowded than the center side but still very convenient. San Spirito Square was filled with great restaurants etc. all in all, everything we hoped for for us and our guests.

Met Our Needs but Somewhat Disappointing

While this apartment met our needs over our five-day stay, we were disappointed in a few things that we could not have discerned from the online listing. But, first, Emma did greet us upon our arrival, as agreed. She walked us through the apartment and collected the numerous fees charged and due upfront in Euros. However, overall, we found the apartment to be quite dark given the dark walls throughout and the dark draperies which had no tiebacks. That made enjoying daylight and the outdoor views during the day a challenge. In addition, there were few welcoming amenities, little coffee, no tea for guests' first morning. There was no chilled bottle water to greet guests given how hot it was in September. There was also no face tissue and limited toilet tissue, no bath soap and limited laundry supplies. And, the guest half-bathroom toilet got plugged up early in our stay. A plumber was not available while we were there. In addition, we found one broken bedroom fan and one of the main bathroom sink's cold water faucet did not work throughout our stay. Further, the A/C system wasn't very effective in the hot weather we experienced throughout our stay. The hallway between the bedrooms, which is long, and none of the bathrooms were cooled. Of note, though, the bedroom mattresses were comfortable. All in all, the apartment adequately met our housing needs, but we were a bit disappointed in the space based on the pictures and description online. A great eatery nearby: Giovanni's.

Perfect apartment for the four of us! Very comfortable and convenient location. Silvia was with us from booking, and her managers were there for whatever we needed from check in to departure. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment

Beautiful apartment just outside the city center in a beautiful part of Florence, within walking distance of all major tourist attractions and great restaurants all around. Within walking distance there is a Parking garage Fosi. You can drive your car to this garage despite that the garage is within the limited access zone. They will tak care of the administrative steps to ensure you are not fined for it. Communication with the host - Alessia - was superb ! Very responsive, lots of great tips (e.g. local restaurants) and super friendly. The only unfortunate thing was that the air conditionings (every room had one) were not able to give the required cooling during the super hot time in Florence (35+ degrees Celsius). It kept the temperatures inside in the mid 20’s (at least) which was not convenient.
