The covered porch off the main level is a great space to gather with your friends and family for meals or to relax and watch the activity below in the private pool and spacious back yard. There is even a Blackstone griddle for cooking up fantastic meals for your crew! Help yourself to the games provided - ping pong, cornhole, and Spikeball! All of this is only a 1 minute drive or 8 minute walk to the beach (.4 mile to beach access at Hickory Trail)! You are sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

Ground level provides various parking areas including carport covered parking. You'll find a full bathroom and elevator access from under the house as well as stairs to the main foyer. There is a ping pong table under the house as well as a second refrigerator. This level also includes direct access to the back yard pool area with lounge chairs and other seating as well as a dining table. Clean off from the beach easily in the outdoor shower!

From under the house, you can take the elevator or stairs up to the main level. All bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, laundry room and living areas are on this level. You'll be greeted by a large open family room with a high tray ceiling and plenty of seating to watch the big games or movies together. The dining area and large kitchen island offer more seating while the high-end appliances await the chef in your group! You'll find a 5-burner gas cooktop, wall ovens, wet bar and more!

From the main living area, you can retreat to the back porch/deck area for your morning coffee or evening cocktails in comfortable Adirondack style chairs. You'll find another large dining table for enjoying outdoor meals while overlooking the pool and back yard.

Beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, sand toys and games are provided, although not guaranteed.

You will love the quiet neighborhood of Southern Shores. It is a great place for morning or evening walks as many streets are shaded. Southern Shores Civic Association benefits include private ocean access at all 33 beach access walkways and dune crossovers in Southern Shores. The Hillcrest Drive beach parking area has 2 showers, toilets, a gazebo, benches and a viewing platform. Beach and viewing platform are wheelchair accessible. A volleyball court has been constructed at this site, as well.

Soundview Park on North Dogwood Trail includes a children’s playground, picnic tables, charcoal grill, bocce ball court, horseshoe pit, park benches, a kayak launching platform and a relaxing sandy beach. This is a great spot to enjoy the sunset!

This home participates in the Boat Club with access to three marinas: North Marina, South Marina & Loblolly Marina. There is a boat launch ramp at the North Marina off South Dogwood Trail, as well as a pavilion for parties and events.

This home also participates in the Racquet Club with access to Hillcrest Tennis Courts (at Hillcrest Drive near Sea Oats Trail). As well as Pickleball Courts at Sea Oats Park (corner of Sea Oats and Hickory Trails). Sea Oats Park also provides a basketball half court with one hoop, children’s play area, soccer field, portable toilet, picnic tables and two pickleball courts.
