Built in 2011, this is the perfect base for your next visit to the San Juan mountains! Radiant in-floor heat ensures a cozy stay. There is a small garage that is heated and includes a workbench with bike tools and space for gear storage. We welcome all Silverton visitors and will do our best to help you have an amazing stay!

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

The view of the mountains was outstanding. We sat and watched the sun set and enjoyed watching the sun rise the next day. The place was clean, the host was more than accommodating, and we all relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. Booked for ourselves and 2 adult children spouses and 2 grandchildren. It’s not a big space but we never felt crowded. And we were pleased we never ran out of hot water! Very clean, very comfortable. Would recommend. Hosts were very responsive.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Nice place for homebase when hitting the trails. The beds are comfortable. Great to be able to bring our dogs. Owner was very responsive when the TV remotes weren't working. One suggestion would be to put a door at the top of the stairs. Also for your older guests or those with any prohibitive conditions to know the stairs are a bit of a challenge. We would stay again.

We came for rididing the alpine loop and area trails. Perfect base camp for us. Kitchen is great for making meals. Garage so handy for storage or quick repair. Host answered questions i had online quickly. We will stay again. We highly recommend. Pictures are out the windows of the place.

Great place to stay for a ski trip to Silverton. Having a garage for ski storage was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. It was close to the mountain and town. We enjoyed skijouring and skiing at Silverton. The house was clean and check in/out was very easy! Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

"Silverton." For those who have been here, merely mentioning the town name will resurrect powerful memories. Deep in the rugged San Juan mountains, the dreamy town sits at 9,318 ft and is hugged on all sides by majestic peaks. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, from extreme winter sports to epic summer adventures.

This property is a newer build located right in town. Silverton is small, and everything is within walking distance. The house is great for groups small or large.

What makes this property unique

Silverton Adventure House is a cozy retreat in the rugged San Juan mountains. Radiant heat (in the floor) throughout the home ensures comfort during the cooler months. The house sits above a garage, with 1 small parking bay reserved for guests (plus plenty of outside parking).
