The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Also, the mountain view was beautiful from the top patio and the house was properly located with easy access to Silverton’s restaurants.

The view of the mountains was outstanding. We sat and watched the sun set and enjoyed watching the sun rise the next day. The place was clean, the host was more than accommodating, and we all relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Looks exactly like the pictures. Nice place for homebase when hitting the trails. The beds are comfortable. Great to be able to bring our dogs. Owner was very responsive when the TV remotes weren't working. One suggestion would be to put a door at the top of the stairs. Also for your older guests or those with any prohibitive conditions to know the stairs are a bit of a challenge. We would stay again.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. Booked for ourselves and 2 adult children spouses and 2 grandchildren. It’s not a big space but we never felt crowded. And we were pleased we never ran out of hot water! Very clean, very comfortable. Would recommend. Hosts were very responsive.

Great place great views.

We came for rididing the alpine loop and area trails. Perfect base camp for us. Kitchen is great for making meals. Garage so handy for storage or quick repair. Host answered questions i had online quickly. We will stay again. We highly recommend. Pictures are out the windows of the place.

Great, very well-appointed

The appliances and amenities were superb. All the kitchen appliances and bells and whistles. Cozy and warm. Only slight exaggeration is the "sleeps 8," while accurate if including three couples in the 8, it would be very tight. And three of the eight need to be prepared to share a bed. With one bathroom, 8 is just a little too many people. But again, the amenities, cleanliness, kitchen appliances, location, gear garage, and coziness all made up for a bit of a squeeze with 8 pax. Great place, highly recommend.

Cool Town, Comfy Home

Beautiful home with all the things you need. Communication with the host was outstanding. Easy to walk around town. We cooked meals and the home had everything we reached for. Gorgeous views. We very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and nice balcony to view the stars at night.

Clean, convenient, well stocked.

My father, brother, and I visited Silverton for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean, and well stocked with towels and linens. Couldn’t have been anymore convenient, being only one to two blocks from restaurants, shopping, and more importantly coffee shops. The town is absolutely charming. I would recommend driving a SUV or larger vehicle, as the roads are mostly gravel. Overall a great stay!

San Juans canyoning trip

We absolutely loved this home as a basecamp to canyoneer in local canyons. I came with family and couple friends and the home was perfect. Great location. Gorgeous home, Great location

I can’t say enough about this property. It was so extremely clean and organized. The view was amazing. Location is great. Walking distance to town and to river access. Silverton exceeded our expectations. The town is quiet and beautiful.

Great Spot

My pup and I had a lovely stay here. The unit is up to date (especially compared to a lot of the other vacation rentals in town) with comfy beds / linens. The kitchen is well equipped and the main area has great light for reading / working / hanging out inside. Cement St. is much quieter than Greene / Empire (an important feature when you have the windows open), and the little park by the confluence of Cement Creek & The Animas was a great spot to walk the dog. The garage is a nice touch too if you are bringing bikes / toys. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

"Silverton." For those who have been here, merely mentioning the town name will resurrect powerful memories. Deep in the rugged San Juan mountains, the dreamy town sits at 9,318 ft and is hugged on all sides by majestic peaks. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound, from extreme winter sports to epic summer adventures.

This property is a newer build located right in town. Silverton is small, and everything is within walking distance. The house is great for groups small or large.

Silverton Adventure House is a cozy retreat in the rugged San Juan mountains. Radiant heat (in the floor) throughout the home ensures comfort during the cooler months. The house sits above a garage, with 1 small parking bay reserved for guests (plus plenty of outside parking). The garage is heated and contains ski/bike tools and wash supplies, and gear storage is available for your toys.
