This cozy, cabin-inspired guest suite offers a charming stay just minutes from Old Town Fort Collins. Thoughtfully restored with rustic details and modern comforts, it’s an inviting retreat after a day of exploring. Whether you’re visiting for a CSU game, live music, or a weekend of local dining, this space feels tucked away yet close to everything.

Located within walking distance of CSU and a short stroll to Old Town, you’ll have easy access to shops, restaurants, breweries, and entertainment. Spend the day exploring Fort Collins, then return to a quiet neighborhood setting with a comfortable living area, efficiency kitchen, European-style ¾ bath, and a cozy queen bedroom.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Stone patio with outdoor furniture, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, complimentary cruiser bikes

INDOOR LIVING: 50” Roku Smart TV with Xfinity cable package (140+ channels), bar-top with seating for 2, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Efficiency kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: ¾ European-style bathroom with stand-up shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning (window), complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two dedicated parking spots in alley

In between at Ft Collins

My adult son and I stayed here as he was moving to a new job in Ft Collins, and it was a great platform to land during the move. Great (although small) space for a couple or close family.

Old Town delight!

This is a great place to stay while you are in Fort Collins. You can easily walk to the local coffee shops, restaurants, bars and shops. One of my favorite places to have stayed while I vacationed in Colorado.

Small, but mighty!

This place was perfect for my husband and I as we explored FOCO for a week! Had everything we needed and check in/check out was a breeze! We also used the bikes a ton and mostly used them to get around town!

Perfect place by the CSU campus

We stayed here while we dropped our daughter off at college, it was good for two of us, but any more would have been a tight fit, is a very cute but small place. Unit was very cozy and clean. It met our needs perfectly, though as we were out and about in the town and pretty much just slept at the place.

Feel like a local! Great location!

This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a designated parking spot by the garage but also accessible street parking. Walking distance to campus as well as many restaurants. We used the grill one night to cook burgers and found the kitchen well equipped for our needs. We planned on using the bikes to hit the trails and do some brewery hopping but one of the bikes had a blown out innertube. We ended up renting bikes for the day and had no problem riding from the house around town using the many bike lanes and trails. We would definitely return to this property!

Trendy stay in convenient location

My adult daughter and I stayed here while visiting family in the Fort Collins area. The location was super convenient to access several nearby sites including CSU campus and Old Town. The property felt very safe, was quiet, and the features were all updated. We encountered the individuals living upstairs a couple of times and they were very friendly and welcoming. We'd definitely stay here again!

Cute and Quaint

We enjoyed our stay in this very sweet little place. There was just the right amount of room for us and it was stocked with all the things we needed to be comfortable. Stacy, the host, was very responsive and inviting. Very close to campus and they even had cruiser bikes we used to tour around town!

The unit was darling and very clean. The neiborhood was fun to walk and it was close enough to town to enjoy many coffee shops in the morning and restaurants at night.if there was a negative, it was the small sink and shower. Cute but very small.

cozy and close to campus and town

This is a great little place. Very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Everything is quite compact, especially the bathroom. Perfect for 2, but might be a bit of a squeeze for 4. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable. Campus is an easy walk at a couple blocks away, and there are restaurants and grocery stores a short walk as well.
