This Kierland first floor condo is a newly updated and spacious three-bedroom/two-bath unit. The property features an open living area with high ceilings, washer/dryer in unit, as well as a beautiful kitchen with steel appliances and granite counter tops. The private patio is steps from the pool. Walk or bike (2 provided) to breakfast or lunch, play a round of golf at Westin Kierland gold course, enjoy a day at the Waste Management Phoenix Open, catch a Spring Training game, hike the McDowell Mountain Preserve while learning about the desert, stay close to loved ones while under care at the Mayo Clinic or enjoy an easy commute to your place of work.

Great stay and great location

Mary and Jeff were wonderful hosts. Beautifully decorated, spacious and well equipped condo. Comfortable furniture and beds. Location of unit is close to the great dining and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We spent a month at this condo and really enjoyed our stay. The space is comfortable, roomy, and thoughtfully stocked with coffee, food staples, and plenty of supplies—those touches made settling in easy. We also loved having three bedrooms, multiple TVs, and cruiser bikes.We had a couple of initial needs when we arrived, and the owners responded right away and checked in to be sure everything was taken care of. Their communication throughout the month was excellent.The location is fantastic, the complex is quiet and gated, and the pool and fitness center were super convenient. Overall, a very welcoming place and great hosts—thank you for making our month in Scottsdale so enjoyable!

Property was all it claimed to be. Excellent location walking distance to shops ad restaurants. Owner/Hosts were excellent, helpful with advice on. the area and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property.

Awsome condo

We found the condo in upgraded condition and very clean. There are instructions in a notebook and on the closet door to guide you through your stay that is very helpfull. It was move in ready and suited us very well. Thanks for the great commuication.

Amazing condo, host and amenities!!!!

This property was exactly as described. The pictures are 100% accurate. This condo was spotless and equipped with literally anything you might need. Mary even left us bottled water and a bag of Dunkin Donuts coffee, which was very much appreciated! We had a slight issue with the property manager and getting access to the pool and fitness center, but Mary was VERY responsive and sorted it out very quickly. The pool is resort like and the fitness center is very well equipped. The location is also perfect...you can walk to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. 101 is also very close by for getting everywhere. We stayed for a month and felt right at home from the very first day. We would stay at this condo again...thank you Mary!!!

Perfect Sums It Up

A can't say enough about my whole experience with this rental. The pictures and description are 100% accurate and the location could not be better. The condo completely stocked with all you will need to eat in if you like and only a five minute walk to Kierland Commons if with a wide variety or restaurants. Great sidewalks in the area for a walk or a run. The pool, grills and fitness facilities are extremely well maintained the my interaction with the host great. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental.

Clean & comfortable condo in a perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the month we spent! The condo was clean and well appointed, exactly as shown in the photos. The location within the complex (close to pool and putting green) AND walking distance to restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. were both very desirable. Mary & Jeff made everything easy for us from check in to check out. We would definitely stay again in the future.

If you are looking for a beautiful condo, this is it! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and recently updated. I had a 2 week stay in Scottsdale and the communication with the owners was excellent! They answered any questions I had immediately. I will definitely stay here again the next time.
