We continue to upgrade our condo to provide comfortable and modernized accommodations for our guests...Relax in upgraded condo with a modern kitchen, an expanded deck and newly remodeled bathrooms. Or, just enjoy a bluebird day and spectacular mountain scenery anytime during the year.
Welcome to our Silvertrees condominium in the Wildernest sub-division of Silverthorne among the pines and open views of Buffalo Mountain and national forest land. We are located near the free Summit County shuttle bus route that takes you to the county ski areas, the nearby Factory Outlet Stores as well as the quaint, historic mountain towns of Dillon, Frisco and Breckenridge.
Enjoy the views from the three decks in a setting that affords privacy, but is a short drive to world class skiing at five internationally renowned resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek. Include Arapahoe Basin and Loveland and you can ski at a different area each day of the week.
Spring/Summer: In spring, summer and fall enjoy superb golf on the many beautiful courses in Summit County and the surrounding areas including picturesque Vail. Fish on the gold medal winning Blue River, Lake Dillon and the many high mountain lakes. Hike or bike miles of scenic trails including those on Buffalo Mountain. Play tennis, four-wheel drive, white water rafting, horseback ride and much more.

About Our Silvertrees Property : Your 1650 square foot home away from home was extensively remodeled in 2011 and offers a lovely decor and a practical room arrangement on two levels of living space with accommodations for eight. Enter through your own private entrance or garage into a slate tiled foyer. On this level you’ll find a spacious bedroom with 2 twin beds, a twin bunk and a full bath. On the upper level there are two bedrooms including the master with a queen bed, newly remodeled private full bath with a walk-in shower and an expanded deck as well as a separate bedroom with a queen bed and an adjacent third bath also remodeled. Each bedroom has its own cable television. Relax in the comfort of the open layout of the main living area composed of a living room with a comfortable queen sofa-sleeper, love seat and easy chairs, dining room and a new upgraded kitchen fully equipped for your comfort and convenience. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV, Blue Ray/DVD and newly re-faced gas fireplace. The laundry includes an over-size washer and dryer.

My family and I had a great time here. The property was clean, kitchen was well stocked, views were beautiful, and everything was as represented. A good spot close to several ski resorts that was perfect for our family ski trip. Would highly recommend.

Our Ski Trip

Everything was perfect except for the Hot Tub on the first 2 nights. The owner was very attentive to us and our needs, however, the Hot Tub Company didn't seem to be the best service company around. Needless to say, we had our hot tub flushed and running by day 3. I would recommend this place, great location to all mountains and restaurants.

Stayed for a month of skiing

The property was well stocked with everything we needed for a long term stay. The hot tub , washer dryer and other appliances are well maintained and worked throughout our stay. There is one flight of stairs to access the main floor and there is a unit above but we rarely heard any sound from outside our space. The neighborhood is convenient for shopping and is a short drive to several ski resorts. We did have a vehicle which is much more convenient then taking the available shuttle. Overall this is a comfortable and convenient place to stay as well as a good value. We would stay there again.

Wonderful for a group

We enjoyed this condo because of the layout and size for our family. The three bedrooms are located so that there is plenty of privacy. The dining and living room accommodated 10 people. The kitchen is lovely and well stocked ( except hot pads and dish towels). The views are superb as is the hot tub. We had a malfunctioning fire alarm and fridge that kept beeping. But the property management group responded even after hours. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation condo.

Summit county Ski stay

Property worked out very well. Kitchen was the best stocked we have ever stayed at. The unit was clean, spacious, and up to date. Hot tub was great to use after skiing each day. Location was perfect for skiing different mountains. Garage for the car was a big plus and avoided brushing snow off almost every morning. Shuttle service to the outlet shopping was convenient for anyone not skiing for a day.

Great place!

Everything we needed was there and within reasonable distance to so many ski areas. Silverthorne is a great town with lots of shopping. The hot tub was a muscle saver after a day on the slopes! We skiied Breckenridge, Vail, & Beaver Creek on the Epic Pass. We skipped Keystone due to several runs not being opened. Copper Mountain is in good distance too, but not part of the Epic Pass. We would definitely recommend this place!

We absolutely loved this property. This is the second ski week this season for our family and this was HANDS DOWN the best value we have ever found for a ski rental. Great Family Condo in Silverthorne

This was a great condo for our family. Plenty of space for all of us in this nice, clean, organized and attractive rental. It's close to many of the Colorado attractions that we were interested in... Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon, etc. We enjoyed our vacation and hope to return!
