We had a great stay here while visiting Richmond. The location was perfect, parking easy and the kitchen and laundry a huge plus. We didn't have the opportunity to relax in the nice backyard garden, but our superhost left chairs for us to hang out if we wanted to, which was highly appreciated. Would definitely be willing to stay here again next time we are in Vancouver.

Absolutely coming back

Thanks Amanda and Justin for the lovely room and smooth communication. We really appreciated the late check-in support after our flight was delayed. The location is super convenient—just a 3-minute Uber ride to the main station. The room was neat with a beautiful garden view.

We had a nice stay for 1 night. It was simply a stopover for us as we were heading to the ferry terminal next day. The area felt safe, and was not far from the aiport and an easy commute next morning. It was a bit small but it was good for our needs and some cute welcome touches from the hosts. The bed would be most comfortable for 1 as the it is a bed that can pull out to be a queen bed but more space is available to you if it does not need to be pulled out. Thanks for the stay!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the welcome touches. Just to clarify for future guests, when fully extended the bed is actually a king size, and many guests find it very spacious and comfortable. We hope to welcome you back again!

We had been looking for a place to stay for 2 nights in Vancouver before embarking on our cruise to Alaska and found this amazing gem. It has a perfect location closed to the airport and haft way to the cruise port on 1 side and the ferry terminal on the other side. It’s also the only place in this price range that has 2 separated bedrooms (1 needs to be converted from an office) with 2 full bathrooms. It’s super clean with a little kitchen and all needed amenities. The only minus is no dining table in the kitchen, but upon our request, the host did set up a table and 4 chairs on the patio so we can enjoy our morning coffee or late afternoon snacks while admiring the view of its cutie garden. We also snuck in a few pictures of its beautiful entrance . But above all, Justin and Amanda made our stay truly exceptional. They responded to all of our questions and requests promptly. Check in and check out are super easy. Justin even dropped by to make sure we know how to set the thermostat (just because we didn’t read the instructions ) and gave us an extra portable heater to make sure we’re comfortable. We highly recommend this place if you want to stay in a quiet neighborhood and don’t mind a short uber drive to the airport, ferry terminal and cruise port. Thank you Justin and Amanda.

Rating: Title: Comfortable, clean, and perfect for a quick family stay near YVRWe stayed for one night at this lovely 2-bedroom garden suite and had a great experience. The space was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a short family stay. The full kitchen was a big plus, especially for traveling with kids, and everything we needed was provided. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and there was a beautiful relaxing garden for the four of us to relax. Check-in was completely hassle-free with the self-check-in system, which made arrival very smooth even with our late schedule. The location was also super convenient—close to the airport and ferries, yet quiet and tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Great for travelers coming in or heading out of Vancouver.Overall, this was a really pleasant stay, and we would definitely recommend it to families or small groups looking for a clean, well-located place with thoughtful touches.

Arrivé très facile, chambre très fonctionnel. 2 unités séparés, cela offrait de l'intimité. Le jardin était aussi magnifique et les enfants ont pu y jouer tranquillement. On a apprécié la petite attention du café et des grignotines!

Hi! We're Justin and Amanda. We love traveling and exploring new places, and it’s always been our dream to become hosts one day. After staying in many homes around the world, we've learned what makes a stay feel welcoming and comfortable. We're excited to share that experience with our own guests and create a space that’s thoughtfully prepared with a traveler’s needs in mind.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area with tree-lined streets, yet still close to everything you need—shops, restaurants, parks, and easy access to the airport and ferry terminal. We love how safe and walkable it is, and how friendly the community feels. It’s a great place to relax and unwind, whether you're here for a short stop or a longer stay.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property unique is the comfort and convenience it offers. Guests enjoy private, ensuite room with their own bathroom—perfect for personal space and relaxation. The suite is located on the ground floor with no noise from above, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Self check-in and check-out make your arrival and departure smooth and flexible. Plus, we’re just 13 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the Tsawwassen ferry terminal, making us an ideal stop for travelers coming or going.
