Beautiful Lake House in Sunrise Beach MO,

Beautiful lake front home. Paved roads to the house. Wooded area across the road is great for viewing wildlife. Driveway fits up to 6 cars. Keyless entry, Two decks with awesome views of the lake. Just a few steps to a private dock with a swim platform, and area to tie up additional water craft. Cove is an excellent area for fishing. Boat launch located on opposite side of the cove. Fire pit is waterside to roast marshmallows and visit with family and friends. Enjoy grilling out with either the gas or charcoal grill. Three bedrooms with 2 1/2 bath's. Master bedroom has king size bed, 40" TV, private bathroom with shower. Outside your sliding glass door is a deck where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with another glass siding door with a lake view. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed and a 32" TV. Second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Lower level has a spacious family room with floor to ceiling windows. These provide a beautiful view of the peaceful cove. A queen sofa sleeper is available if additional beds are needed. Relax on the comfortable reclining furniture. On those cozy nights enjoy the wood burning fireplace. Spacious dining, kitchen has new appliances. Breakfast bar with two stools for additional seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Off the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience. This main level has a half bath. Family friendly neighborhood has wonderful, paved roads for quiet walks or jogging. For additional information see attached lake guidebook you can reference.

This place was beautiful! Very clean and a great location. The owner was very responsive on questions I had. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and used the fire pit, we also had plenty to do on a few rainy days we had.i would definitely stay here again. Also the bost ramp across the cove near the property was very helpful.

Great Fishing Trip w-Grandboys!

Excellent location \ cove to fish Lake of Ozarks...went exploring a few days but didn't have to go too far to find good fishing spots. Terry was Great host...very accommodating on an early arrival. House was perfect for our party. Boat launch was close and being able to park boat overnights in private slip was nice perk as well as ample space for parking vehichles \ trailer.

Great Experience at LOZ

Very nice property to stay at…..quiet neighborhood, the rental coordinator was great to work with, and the garage was a BIG plus!! Definitely would visit again!

Lake of the Ozark's Bike Fest 2024

We enjoyed this home on the lake in Sunrise Beach. The home is easily accessible by motorcycle and has a garage. Great location for riding!

Nice location close to town and on the lake

The property was was nice and right on the lake. Kids had fun paddleboarding and swimming eight from the dock. We had a little hiccup at check in but Terry was very responsive and it all worked out. The property is close to several fun restaurants and attractions. Overall we had an enjoyable stay

Getaway weekend

My friends and I needed a place last minute because our booked location in NW Iowa was flooded. We found this cabin WITH a dock/place to tie the boat overnight. It was a quiet little cove with relaxing views of the lake. Great place to bring friends!

Our stay was perfect! The house was just right for the 4 of us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We loved the deck, the private dock & the fire pit! It was very peaceful & we enjoyed outings in the surrounding area. Our host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions about places to eat, etc., and the price was very affordable. We would stay there again!

A little piece of paradise!

Check in was very easy. The host was very responsive. The condo was clean and updated. There was very few steps down to the nice dock. We swam and boated. Very good location, close to everything. Would recommend this to anyone.

Great stay

Property is well presented in listing and we really enjoyed our stay. The nice quiet cove was great for relaxation away from the july 4th madness. The Property was well equipped and clean upon arrival and the dock worked out great for my boat for the week. Property manager Terry was always quick to reply and was pleasant to talk to and didnt have any ridiculous rules like my other friends experiencedat their rental. This has been the best property that we have rented in LOTO and if available will hopefully return in the future.

Ozark Fishing Tournament

Very nice house, location, clean. We rented this house for a fishing tournament. But could not use the dock for our bass boat as the dock was setting on the ground.

Enjoyed It

We really enjoyed our time here at this property. There were quite a lot of bugs, but nothing we could not handle. It had enough sleeping for what we needed. The dock we very nice. The only thing that could have been better if there was a boat.

Buck Creek lake house

Great location and size of home for our family. Easy access to water from the back deck/dock. Close to grocery store. Home owner quickly responded to all inquiries. All bedrooms are on the main/street level - living area, including kitchen, is downstairs…just fyi for future renters

Location great! Great time.

The house was nice. No going fancy but had a good location and everything we needed! It was our first time at LOTO and we will definitely be back! Only two negatives: the master shower had quite a bit of mold around the shower door, and the grill on the deck was useless (couldn’t get it above 200 degrees). Other than that it was what we expected and we had a great time. I particularly liked how it was in a quieter area of the lake but not too far from restaurants, stores, etc…..especially if you are going by boat (car not bad either). I would recommend and would stay here again.

GREAT LOCATION AND DOCK

Property was in the perfect location. House has large deck and dock. Multiple bedrooms with additional air mattresses fit our entire group. Plenty of towels, supplies, and kitchen items. There was multiple things we forgot at the store that were at the house. Our group utilized the Xbox and guitar hero the last night. That was a nice feature that our group really enjoyed. Overall the property was great and the owner was amazing. The only minor thing was that the bathrooms didn’t look like they had been cleaned recently. However we would rent this property again!

Very quiet cove area with a great dock to fish and swim off of. We just got back from a 7 night stay and everything was great. House was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a nice deck area in the front of the house and the garage entrance that leads to all 3 bedrooms was very easy and convenient to unpack and then pack back up. We rented a boat one day and there is Lake Time Boat Rentals within 100 yards of the house so they will drive the boat right to the dock. Was so slick and easy!! Highly recommend using them if you want to rent a boat for the day. We even had one of the neighbors ask us if we wanted to borrow some of their inflatables for the week for swimming. That was great! Was impressed with the quietness of the area. It’s on a very small one way street for a short stretch to get to the house so there is barely any traffic that came through. For our first time to the Lake of the Ozarks and not really knowing the area we were very pleased with the location and everything that came with the house for our family vacation. Most everything we wanted to do is within a 30 minute drive. Lots of hills and curve roads but easy enough to get almost anywhere. Definitely worked out great for our family of four!

Great Stay at this location

This house is in a very quiet cove. The house is very well equipped, and the owner was very easy to work with. The beds and living room furniture was probably the best od any place I have rented, and I have rented a lot of places. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. The driveway is huge and will accommodate 4-5 vehicles. We had a boat with us. Lake Shore Marina is less than a 2-minute boat ride to the house. The facilities there are also excellent. It cost me $5 each to launch and retrieve my boat and they stored my trailer for 2 weeks for $10. The boat dock at the house is well maintained. The water in the cove is a bit shallow. At the dock it was about 5ft. That was not a problem. We swam several times, just something to be aware of when you first jump in. Also, lots of bars and restaurants within a 15- or 20-minute drive if you don't have a boat. Oh, I forgot the best part.... only 5 stair steps to the water. At LOTO, that is about as good as it gets! It was a great stay and Terry is the best to work with.

The Lake of the Ozarks has been the vacation destination of our family for many years. We have many wonderful memories created at the lake. It was one of our dreams to own a home at the lake. We were able to make this dream come true in 2019! We would like to share our home with you so you can have your own memories at the lake.
