If you bring a boat, the home comes with 35' of Dock Space at Rudder Canal #8 and a private garage to store a jet-ski/boat trailer or vehicle. Top-floor Master bedroom has a King bed, private glassed in office/sitting room overlooking the canal, and large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and tub. 2nd bedroom has a King bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 Queens also on top level and share a bathroom. 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds is located on living-level and has private access to hall bathroom. The home includes 4 Samsung TV's, high-speed WiFi, custom kitchen, fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and grill on deck. Large deck overlooking canal with furniture for dining and relaxing. Parking for three vehicles.
