The office staff was wonderful, and quick to help when our cabin didn't have linens available for the pullout couch. They were also very helpful in getting us discounted tickets to Dollywood. The cabin was large enough for each of our grown children to have their own space, and the location was very convenient to area attractions. Being off the main strip should have made for quieter and more restful nights. Unfortunately, our rental neighbors were not on that train and it made sleep challenging. Our cabin was a duplex, and our neighbors arrived back late each evening and were incredibly loud (shouting, slamming doors, etc). Then on our last night, the cabin just behind us had new tenants that spent a great deal of time in the evening shouting to each other from the cabin to the driveway. The cabin had an incredible abundance of kitchen utensils and tools, but was lacking in many practical items that are typically common in most VRBOs such as kitchen towels, dishwasher detergent, and basic condiments. The beds (all of them) were the least comfortable we've ever experienced- the king mattress in the primary bedroom was incredibly hard, and the downstairs bed not much better. The living room furniture was very worn and in rough shape and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our vacation, but would probably seek other accommodations if we return to the area. Additionally, the check in procedure was the most complex and cumbersome we've ever encountered.
