This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!! New owner and new furniture as of November 2019!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with all the luxuries you would expect at Phoenix West!!

The unit is professional decorated by Sea Glass, with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with wine cooler, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King size bed in the Master, 2nd and 3rd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 4th. There are also two sleeper sofas Queens in the living room for sleeping up to 14.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

The room was amazing! Just as described. Still some sand in the floors but sand is hard to get out of everything. The outdoor porch was great. Could use some new cushions. Will definitely try to stay here again

Fun place

We enjoyed our stay but waiting for the elevators was very annoying. I would definitely recommend they put in more elevators, there are only 4 elevators for 28 floors. The condo floor was dirty when we arrived. The pools and lazy river were great!

Plenty of room, Great Views!

Plenty of room for our family of 10, with a bathroom in each bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax and the outdoor space had ample seating for us all to enjoy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms well stocked with towels / washcloths. Kitchen could use a couple trivets, potholders, pizza pan, whisk, pizza cutter, and baking sheet. We cooked a couple of big meals and enjoyed playing games at the big dining room table. Elevators were fast and efficient. Pools were very well maintained, staff friendly. Would stay again without hesitation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. There was ample seating in the living room, dining, and on the balcony for our large family. In the past, we have stayed in units that slept 14, but there was not appropriate living space for all of us. DEFINITELY not the case with this unit. The kids loved the lazy river and the slide when they were tired of the beach.

Glad to find a condo that fit our needs!

Great condo space for 8 adults and an infant ! Loved the pantry size & being able to fit all of us at the dining table. It was missing one original chair so we had to use the desk chair. View was super for sunsets or just looking at the gulf waters. I was up early enough on occasion to see the sunrise as well. A number of things I thought would’ve been nice is more than two hand towels for kitchen, also I didn’t see/find a nonstick spatula for one of the skillets, possibly felt pads on stools to quiet them when moved. As well as a drying mat for hand washing dishes and not spread out kitchen items everywhere. Salt & pepper over the microwave was weird. There was three things that should be fixed. The shower light fixture in bdrm by master bdrm was falling out, that same bedroom bed frame support needs attention. It was leaning in the middle support. Plus in the bdrm by kitchen the right arm of the tp holder wouldn’t stay in the wall. I’m not complaining at all. Just a number of items that I felt would make it nicer and things that need attention. Overall, we would stay there again if the occasion required it for size of party.

Perfect space for large family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo at Phoenix West was perfection. The check in process was easy from the start. We obtained parking passes and armbands at the front desk upon arrival. We never had an issue finding a luggage cart to transport items to and from the condo. The corner unit came with beautiful views of the western sunsets. The fully stocked condo accommodated our every need. We were able to sleep 9 people comfortably and the layout of the unit allowed for privacy for everyone. The entire family slept great all week and everyone boasted about the comfort of their bed. The pool and lazy river allowed for nice beach breaks to cool down. The kids (2,11,15) enjoyed the water slide. The only negative comment I have regarding the Phoenix West is the elevator situation. It would be nice if there were either more elevators or some type of sensor system that kept the elevators moving when they are full. We spent a lot of time riding the elevator and being stopped at every floor for other guests when there was no room for anyone else on the elevator. Our family looks forward to spending another vacation at this condo in the future.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time visiting Orange Beach and staying in this condo. The amenities were awesome, the kids loved the pools and the waterslide, and the condo itself was beautiful. The only down to this trip was the water heater was not equipped to handle all 4 showers and some of us had to take a cold shower if too many were trying to take a shower in a short period of time. Other than that, the trip was perfect.

Wouldn't stay here again...

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix West is our go-to for Spring Break (2 families/10 people) and we've stayed in really nice condos. This was not one of them. The photos are fairly representative of the condo, but they must have been taken when it was brand new. Within two hours of unloading our things, ALL of our feet were completely black and disgusting. (If only I could post a photo with this review!) The couches and chairs were covered in stains and thick general filth. I'm not sure they've ever even been wiped down. Some of the lamps didn't work. The dryer was lackluster and required 2-3 60min cycles to finish a load of laundry. The kitchen was not well stocked. Even simple things like mixing bowls and Tupperware weren't available. The patio furniture would have been amazing, but all the cushions were covered in mold so we didn't utilize them at all. We didn't bother to call management because most of the issues would require quite a bit of time to restore. If we were the condo owners, we'd probably find a new management/cleaning company. I would not recommend this condo over any others we've stayed in at Phoenix West.

Decent Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of what I’m going to say, may not matter if we stayed during the summer (more time at the beach than room). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but I will say I highly doubt the people that own this place have ever actually stayed here. Let’s just go room by room. Living room, the chairs are uncomfortable, not much cushion and nowhere to put your feet up. The first bedroom has way too much furniture and the bed squeaks, the TV doesn’t work because the HDMI cable is broken. The second bedroom has two queens not really any problems there. The third bedroom has a king that squeaks. The 4th/master bedroom is very large, the bed also squeaks and doesn’t seem to have very good insulation as it’s cold in the winter and hot in the summer. When I say the beds squeak, what I mean is once you’re in the bed, something as little as laughing, will cause a squeaking noise. The squeaking noise is only annoying when someone is asleep and you don’t want to wake them up. We had a good time and would visit again, but this place is definitely not meant for long trips. Oh, also the internet is VERY slow and does not like having more than 4 devices connected at once (no MU-MIMO support). 10-15Mb/s down (on a good day) and 1Mb/s up.

Great stay!

Great space for our large family. The kitchen could use a few more items- there were no baking sheets at all, so plan accordingly. AC runs hot in the Master and cold in the room with 2 queens. The rooms were clean and very comfortable for 4 couples and 2 kids. The balcony offered fantastic views and nice patio furniture. Great stay, we hope to come back soon!

Family of 11 Annual Beach Vacation - A SUCCESS

Our large family of 11 (2 Grand parents, One family of 5 and another family of 4) plan a yearly vacation together. We always look for a condo that can fit all of us. This year has been the nicest condo we have stayed in to date. The only thing we wish was a bunk bed room, but that is a small issue. Aside from that, everything worked. Everything was nice and clean. Only other issue was that the WIFI was nearly useless because it was so weak. Cell signals were not much better. But I guess it was nice to unplug for the week. We hope to book again for next year.

Phoenix west 2201

Beautiful condo! Perfect for multiple families. Each bedroom had bathroom. Spacious and pretty. Balcony was wonderful!! Living area was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was missing a few items that would have made us more comfortable. Examples: no baking sheets, no dish rags. Only two dish towels. A few little things were broke. Kitchen sink sprayer was broke and one piece of furniture had a broken door. We just avoided that piece of furniture. All in all a wonderful stay. The building had 4 elevators. One was out of service the majority of our stay. We had some very long elevator waits which would not have been a problem if we were not on the 22nd floor. That was mostly on busy days and busy times of the day. The condo was mostly clean. The floors could have been swept and mopped better. We had a drain issue in one bath and two toilets that were not working properly but the owner responded immediately and they came the next day to fix. All in all a great experience. We would definitely rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice, but was too expensive for what was received. Kitchen needed additional cooking items. They were dated and not well kept or cleaned. Don’t think I would return to this property unless prices become more reasonable. The elevator situation is HORRIBLE.
