Ceci est l'une des rares maisons qui se trouve directement sur une station de montagne Park City ... Quitter Time Run. Vrai ski en ski out. Descendez à l'ascenseur de la ville ... simultanément au cœur de la ville. Descendez deux étages d'escaliers pour vous rendre au centre de la rue principale, au No Name Saloon et aux meilleurs restaurants de la ville.
Pour les invités qui souhaitent assister au Festival du film de Sundance, un certain nombre de sites sont accessibles à pied et le centre de transit gratuit est à 3 pâtés de maisons de la porte. Pas besoin de conduire.
La maison est conçue pour accueillir de petits groupes confortables se rendant à Park City et optimisée pour tirer parti du ski et du snowboard locaux en hiver et du vélo de montagne en été, ainsi que pour donner accès à la vie sociale animée de Main Street.
  Le premier étage regroupe le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine dans un grand espace, ce qui favorise les échanges en groupe. Le porche surplombe Old Town Park City. Le deuxième étage a la chambre principale, une deuxième chambre avec le local à skis à l'arrière. À l'arrière de la maison, le local à skis mène à un escalier qui permet d'accéder au ski au pied de la piste Quitting Time Run et à la piste menant à l'ascenseur de la ville.
Il y a une mezzanine accessible par une échelle de bateau depuis le local à skis jusqu'à une aire de repos commune si plus de 6 personnes y séjournent.

Had a group of 7 professionals in our thirties spend a week at Tim’s. Location was perfect. True ski n ski out. Main St an easy walk down straits (the walk back was a little harder going up hill). Tim reached out before we even checked in and continued to reach out and make sure everything was up to our standards. Would recommend and definitely would stay here again. Great host. Great property.

Great Location and Home!

The location of this property is PERFECT. You can park your car and never get back in until you leave. We even took the Park City bus (which is free) to the grocery for a light shopping trip (the snow was coming down hard and we didn't have 4WD) You can EASILY walk to main street and enjoy everything Old Town Park City has to offer. Tim's home is very well equipped and comfortable. He was so helpful, recommended restaurants and had lots of tips. We can't wait to visit again and would definitely book this home.

Amazing place and attentive owner

The house was perfect for a few families with teenage boys. The boys loved the loft. True ski in ski out with short climb to slope from backyard. Two minute walk down stairs across the street to Main Street. House had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to communication before, during and after the trip. Personally took care of any issues and needs. He loves skiing and just wants to give others the opportunity to do the same. Would definitely go back.

We rented this home expecting a high end experience based on the price and listing photos, but unfortunately it fell far short. The house was in poor condition upon arrival. The owner was at the home cleaning it. The furniture was old ,one TV with limited programs (no local channels ) and the bedding (sheets pillows blankets ) were stained and visibly dirty. I had to run out and buy new bedding. The bathrooms were not professionally cleaned. Urine was on the rim of the toilet. He came over with his girlfriend and had her clean it with a container of Clorox wipes. I paid 400.00 cleaning fee NOT acceptable.The owner kept a significant amount of his personal belongings throughout the house which made us feel like we were staying with someone compared to a professionally managed vacation rental property. We had limited space for our clothes and other items. Overall the property was very misleading compared to the listing and not worth the cost. I would not recommend this property .

great location, easy access to lifts and town

We splurged for this trip to Park City. The house easily fit us. The 3 bedrooms + the loft area worked out perfectly. The loft is great for teenagers to have their sleeping space and can sleep up to 6 (we only had 3). There's a short climb from the house to get up to the lift. It was fine for us, but those that may not be ready to climb a snowy hill in ski boots could find this difficult. Then you are on a trail and off to town lift. The traeger pellet grill was a nice bonus. Tim was great in helping us out (such as finding some extra parking). Some niggling things that bothered us: the TV was connected to streaming services (like Netflix), but wasn't connected to standard stations. This was frustrating to try and watch the NCAA tournament. They had some DVDs but no DVD player for the TV. Again, we just used Netflix but you'll want to be prepared. I would have loved for there to be a hot tub (since the neighbors had one and we were jealous). It was expensive for us to not have all those extra thrills. Overall, it was a great place and location and that's what we cared about the most.

To access the ski hill all you need to do is to walk out the back door, go up my steps and 40 feet to the ski run. You will need to walk in ski boots ! LOL The Tv is a smart Tv... it has Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, (including NBC sports channels) and U tube .... additional access though the WIFI internet connection is available as well...

Great Ski in/out location

This is a great property with easy access to the Quit 'N Time run and the Town Lift. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We'd stay here again!

Thanks for sharing your home! It is the perfect location..ski in ski out and sits right above town for walking to coffee shop/ stores/ dinner! We were sad to leave!

Perfect location

This property was outstanding. We had a group of 8 and we were comfortable. The host is outstanding and quick to answer any questions. The house was well stocked and bedding was comfortable. Fabulous ski in ski out location and perfect for browsing Main Street. Nice views as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.
