Beautiful views!! Host went above and beyond very communicative and responded quickly. Loved that I was able to take my pets they loved the fenced yard had a lovely time the home was very cozy and had everything we needed for our family of 10.
This cabin was amazing Comfortable and cozy cabin that has a hot tub, pool table, entertainment area and a large back yard for fluffy friends! We had a great time and the communication with the property management was prompt and professional. East check in and check out with no hassles
We got married in a nearby town and I am so glad we chose this house for the week of our wedding. The view was indescribable, the most beautiful location. House had so much room and everything we could possible need!
We got to unwind and decompress. The cabin had the best 360⁰ view of snowcap mountains. The cabin itself was absolutely beautiful. Most definitely worth the 17 hour drive.
We really enjoyed our stay, the property had plenty of room for everyone and was easy to find. Access to town was easily had as well as access to nearby towns and ski resorts.
The cabin was so cozy! The WiFi works well. The scenery was outstanding. The yard was safe for children. The hot tub was tempting, but it was snowing when we visited and the hot tub is outside without covering so we did not use it. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed for cooking. (We left behind some Cajun seasonings for those who come after us. My only complaint was that it wasn’t very clean. It was tidy but the windows and dishes were dirty.. it’s too pretty of a view to not have clean windows! As for the dishes, there’s a dishwasher so not a big deal we just threw them in for a cycle before using. Our group was 10 total from 1- 36 years of age and we all had a comfortable and fun trip!
The house was absolutely beautiful and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! There were plenty of games already stocked in the house, plus the pool table and hot tub made for tons of fun. We had a great time from start to finish—definitely a 10/10 experience! Anytime we had a question or a minor issue, the property manager was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!
The host was very responsive prior to our visit. Giving us suggestions on hikes and things to enjoy during our stay. The house is pretty remote, but finding it was easy, and the views were perfect. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to feed a family of 7. The blackstone was great to have for a few of our meals. The layout was perfect for our group; we spent all our time upstairs, never really used the downstairs living space. Checking out was super easy, the host didn't ask very much of us at all. We used the beautiful views for my daughter's senior pictures, it was perfect. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
We had a great time staying here in FairPlay! Beautiful views, we even saw elk from the front porch a few times. Plenty of room for our large family to spread out and not feel on top of eachother. There was an issue with the microwave the first night and we didn’t have much firewood for the fireplaces but we immediately got a email back and by the next afternoon both issues were fixed. So happy with our stay here, would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

This place needs alot of maintenance. You can tell they want to do the bare minimum. The lights in the kitchen, living room, guest room, and laundry room did not work. The ignition on the outside firepit doesn't work so you have to use a lighter and all their lighters didn't work, I had to buy my own. All the cushions on the chairs outside were ripped and many of the chairs were broken. The two heaters outside didn't work either. When we first arrived, the water smelled disgusting. My kids refused to use it. The owner did respond quickly and had someone change the filter, but the cleaners must have known that it smelled weird. But what put me over the edge was the rat feces. They were all over the deck , and I dropped something in my room and found them under the bed. I have a baby that crawls, and after we left, she came down with hand and foot disease. She couldn't have got it anywhere else because we didn't go anywhere while we were staying there. Now she has lesions all in her mouth and has been sick for a week. She barely eats and cries constantly. This place is not worth the money.
