We had fun at the Water St condo. Saw one of the most beautiful sunsets we could have wished for, and loved being able to walk to dinner, and spend the evening strolling the boardwalk.

Room was extremely clean, had everything we needed, check in was super easy, host was very nice and kept in touch when needed. The only complaint which isnt about the room itself but we did not get any sleep because the night life and cars revving their engines all hours of the night. It was extremely loud and hard to sleep. Not sure if it was because we came during halloween. Bring a fan or sound machine to sleep

Perfect location

I love Wilmington and the riverfront downtown. This little place had the best view for watching the sunset. Great location in downtown and the bed was comfy too.

We had a great stay. The check-in process was very easy, the parking was great and the place was very clean. And the location was perfect. Great spot!!!

Great Location

This was a nice clean place to stay right in the heart of historic Wilmington. Great views of Cape fear river and Boardwalk Gene was great to communicate with and had everything prepared and everything we needed. Will definitely be back again.

Great location for shops, restaurants, breweries, and bars. Parking is offsite about 2 blocks away. It's a nice secured garage for entry and exit.Keyless entry did not work and had to contact host and he let us in remotely. Parking pass was missing and host had to bring us a replacement.Bedroom blinds were damaged (see photos)which allowed no privacy as you could look directly into the bedroom from the hallway. Contacted host about the issue with no response back from the host.Smoke detector in bedroom looked like it was about to fall off the wall (see photo).

Clean and convenient

Property was clean and the location was incredibly convenient to downtown area. Could not figure out how to work TV’s but we spent most time exploring the city. Parking pass included was a nice touch

Short Stay

We were in Wilmington NC for a Concert at Live Oak Bank Pavilion. We were within walking distance to everything, the concert, great restaurants, entertainment and the water taxi. Our condo was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is we couldn’t figure out how to work the TV and figured it was too late in the evening to bother our host, directions would have been helpful.

Beautiful sunset and in the heart of downtown

Literally, everything is spelled out to a T in the descriptions and welcome package. It was easy to unload and get the parking pass and park. Apartment clean and equipped just right. Enjoyed walking around downtown with awesome nearby fine dining, dessert at Kilwins, sunset in the room and then a comedy show at Dead Crow. It was just right. My only suggestion on improvement is to upgrade the TVs. I was thankful to have brought my own hulu stick because there was a race on Peacock, and neither TV was smart. Couldn't change the volume in the bedroom and Spectrum's universal remotes are difficult. Understandably, vacationers should be enjoying the downtown vibes or the porch & its view.

Good trip

Love the property! I wish we had been given all the details up front, we were worried if everything was set correctly for weeks. Please send your customers an email confirming all is as it should be including location information. You should also ask them earlier if you want copies of their driver’s license and not wait until they are on the road in the middle of a 6 hour drive the morning of check in. Even though these things were annoying we would use your service again for this area because of the location and because now we know how things work.

Water Street VRBO

Beautiful view of the river and the battleship North Carolina. Parking was a few streets away, no problem since my husband was with me. Not sure it would be safe for a single woman. The condo was simply but nicely furnished. The only issues we had wax with the television that wax not working properly and the cofee Keurig did not work. Great river location and nice patio to watch sunset. Convenient to river front restaurants.

~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am all guest not listed on the reservation must leave the property by 9:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS when guest are permitted!
~Please let us know if extra linens will be needed for pull out sofa 24 hrs prior to arrival.
~ This is a NON smoking condo. If sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
