There is 30 feet of glass along the front providing a huge woods view facing down toward Canyon Lodge.
Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage. The bedroom and lower loft plus the two other full baths are up 1 floor above the living area. The second loft is on the 3rd floor.



This condo has ski in / ski out access to Canyon Lodge during the winter months. Intermediate ski/riding ability is required.
The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain


During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
