This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 1A) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The condo features a cocktail arcade game (With 60 classic games), a fully stocked kitchen, high speed WIFI, washer/dryer, Cable TV and a deck with a BBQ grill.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles (garage height is 7'6").

3rd Bedroom - Queen with TV

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

My only complaint is the check-in process to get in was a little complicated in the communication but called the property manager and everything worked out. We were in walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops and just enough off the main strip so we didn’t hear any street noise. The condo was clean and spacious, perfect for the 3 of us; a well stocked kitchen, games table, nice fireplace and big screen TV. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Durango and needing a home away from home vibe.

Nice and convenient

The property was just as described. Very convenient. Easy walking distance to all of Main St and even a large grocery store. Under building parking with access codes was great. Highly recommend.
