Fully furnished 1 bed suite in the beautiful Gonzales neighbourhood. Parks, beaches, shopping, steps away. Downtown & Inner harbour attractions minutes away.
Excellent transport links to Uvic and Camosun.
Enter through your own private entrance into open plan living room/kitchenette. Cozy up in front of the fireplace.
The kitchenette comes fully equipped with induction cooktops & convection microwave so you can bake cookies or even roast a chicken, should you wish to. The sink is conveniently tucked away so that dirty dishes do not need to be on display.
The bedroom has a queen bed.
Bathroom has stand up shower, no bathtub.
Onsite laundry is not available but local laundromat is 5 mins drive away.
This is a private ground level basement suite with outside patio sitting area.
