Convenientemente ubicado detrás de la colonia de artistas Ruskin Place y cerca de las tiendas y restaurantes de Central Square, Plum Lazy es una cabaña maravillosamente decorada y decorada. El primer piso incluye una sala de estar abierta y cómoda, un comedor y una cocina actualizada totalmente equipada. Arriba, el dormitorio principal king tiene un baño privado (solo ducha) y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales que comparten un baño completo. Para disfrutar del aire fresco, hay un pequeño porche abierto en la entrada y un porche abierto amueblado en el segundo piso. Para opciones adicionales, la cabaña contigua de 2 dormitorios, Plum Crazy (conectada por porches), también se puede alquilar para formar la cabaña de 4 dormitorios, Plum Lucky.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this two bedroom vacation home for a long weekend for a wedding. It was a perfect house! We were walking distance to the plaza with restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the beach and walking distance to the wedding reception. The house was charming, in perfect condition and came with several amenities including two bikes which we were able to use to tour the whole area. There was plenty of room for the three of us with two bedrooms, a king size bed and a queen size bed. I would definitely return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental home is in a perfect location and has great potential. The problem is that they put zero mantanance into the place. Simple stuff. Most all of the pull handles on the drawers were loose. The shower glass door shower handle was about to fall off. The vanity door hinge was broken. The yard and crows nest had leftover trash all over. Ice maker wasn't working. This is very simple maintenance but it is ignored. Break out a screwdriver and tighten the place up. I would not recommend this place or return without a maintenance plan in place. Oh, and the mattresses were terrible. For these prices,I want a good night sleep.

The upstairs bedroom has only shear blinds & the master bath does not have any blinds which was a concern with privacy. otherwise, a great home for vacay.

Everything was very clean and completely met our expectations. We loved sitting on the balcony on the rainy afternoon, watching the sun set from the tower, and having family meals around the kitchen table. We would definitely return!
