The house and property were incredible and the homeowners communication from the start was excellent. They took the time to answer all of our questions including local recommendations for everything from restaurants and activities to concierge services. The location was convenient for morning hiking and evening activities at Red Rocks Park! We would definitely recommend it to everyone and plan on returning for another great getaway.

Great stay for a family celebration. The house was immaculately clean on arrival, kitchen was well stocked. Views were spectacular , waking up to see stately elks walking down the road nearby. Communication with house manager was prompt and helpful. Would highly recommend this property!

This VRBO was amazing! Nine of us stayed there for a guys’ weekend and had a really great time. The kitchen is really organized, clean, & functional. The 4 person steam shower is amazing for both pre and post hot tub sessions.The host was super kind and easy to work with. We loved our stay in this beautiful and grand home. It was so well suited for our family time over the holidays and we appreciated all of the amenities included in the home. Our family had the best time staying at Cold Springs Ranch. Cristine and Mike were wonderful and we knew they wanted us to have a great time. The house was comfortable for 10 adult sized people. The kitchen was well appointed and we made good use of the appliances. We enjoyed the amenities and the wildlife we had the good fortune to see.

Ideal location for an executive team retreat - we cooked big family-style dinners, bonded over games of ping pong, and spent time comfortably talking strategy on comfy couches.

Our family of nine absolutely loved our stay at Cold Springs Ranch. We take a summer trip somewhere new every year, and this was by far the best rental we’ve ever experienced. We’re used to high-end homes, but there are usually small issues or annoyances—not here. This place was perfect, thanks in large part to Cristine and the incredible cleaning staff. Cristine is the very best host in all of VRBO (which would place her high in the running for best host worldwide), and if I could give six stars, I would. The location is ideal: quiet enough to feel like a remote ranch, yet close to Red Rocks, rafting, ATV tours, dining, groceries, and more. The house itself is a masterpiece. Everything is clearly labeled, so there’s no searching through drawers for kitchen tools, and instructions are provided wherever needed. The temperature was so comfortable we never touched the thermostat, every bathroom drained properly, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax or gather around the ten-person dining table. These little things are what separates this home from its peers. Best of all, the home was spotless—truly clean, clean. We can’t recommend Cold Springs Ranch highly enough. We loved our stay, and it’s the only place we’ve ever left saying that we will definitely be back.

Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful property and surroundings. Great spot for a friends weekend! The kitchen was top notch, loved the sauna and hot tub, and we experienced nature on the front deck each morning as we saw deer, birds, bunnies, and of course, a mountain view!
