miscommunication

We initially booked the property Sunday-Sunday and were advised that it was wrong and we could only have it Saturday to Saturday. This caused us to have to change some of our flights as well as get a hotel night for the Saturday. then when flights were cancelled and we requested a credit for one night we never got a response back.
