Located within a residential beachside community, guests can relax into the abundant outdoor living spaces including the front porch with rocking chairs, the poolside furnished screened porch with outdoor dining set, as well as the covered poolside patio and wraparound cobblestone pool sundeck with built-in firepit. During quiet times of the day unwind to the sound of the surf’s ebb and flow.
The interior floor plan provides common areas on the first floor with bedrooms and bathrooms on both floors. Open, spacious and well equipped, the kitchen will be the hub of family activity. A garage provides covered parking and a place for your beach gear.

BIKE TRAIL ACCESS: The Waccamaw Neck Bikeway runs through North Litchfield Beach parallel to Ocean Highway 17. Pick up the trail by heading toward Ocean Highway via North Boyle Road or Windover Drive to Trace Drive. Look for the white on blue Bike Path markers.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
