Nice House

A nice house with plenty of room for lots of people. It was just the two of us so we closed off unused rooms. Beautiful pool but freezing cold - we couldn’t get in until the day before leaving☹️ There is a pool heater but I didn’t realize I had to request it being turned on two weeks in advance of arrival. We enjoyed the porches and pool deck. Really convenient to the gorgeous beach and we went every morning and early evening. There are a LOT of steep stairs outside and inside the house. I fell going to the interior top floor to do laundry. No one’s fault, just be careful. Trash is picked up on Friday and Tuesday mornings, but when we arrived on Sunday, the can in the drive was overflowing with smelly trash and nothing could be done.

We follow arrivals with a check-in call to find out what might need attention, so please let us know next time. Outside temps need to be above 67 to heat the pool and requires 24 hour notice. Sometimes departing guests don't get their trash out in time for the early morning pick up, despite our messaging efforts. We regret this occurred on your stay and will continue to try harder. We look forward to having you back at the beach soon!
