Paradise Found! Great Ocean Views, Private Pool (heated optional), Elevator, Close to a Beach

Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, the sunrise and the sunset from this 3 story beach house with 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms with an upside-down open floor plan . The decor is decorated in beautiful Caribbean style. The kitchen is fully accessorized and includes two refrigerators. Decking on every level has ocean and beach views. Beach access is directly across the street. There is a private pool and an elevator. The pool can be heated in the spring or fall for an extra fee.

Bedding ranges from 2 king, 2 queen, 6 doubles. Six bedrooms have a full bathroom. The 6th and 7th bedroom share a bathroom on the 3rd floor.

There are several local golf courses close by. Myrtle beach is 30 minutes south of Ocean Isle. Ocean Isle has several restaurants and rental stores for bikes beach umbrellas and chairs.

OCEAN FRONT VIEWS : We have no buildings in front of us that block the view of the ocean. The beach access is across the street allowing for easy access to the beach and ocean. This home is located on the west end of the island and is on the second row with unobstructed views of the ocean.

Enjoy the relaxing times at Ocean Isle Beach. Where your only worry should be if the tide is going to reach your chair.

This is a non-smoking property. Must be 26 years of age for rental.

Worked great for 14 Senior women! Everything was clean, organized and made us feel comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of extras that we were not use to. Owner was easy to communicate with. Location to the beach made it so easy to go, but most stayed by the pool or shopped. My group was so pleased that we will book again.

If you have a large family who wants a spacious place to socialize but also have your own space to sleep and relax, this is the place for you! This house has views of the ocean, is located right across from the public beach entrance, has an amazing pool, and many amenities. Jim and Colleen were excellent communicators and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

My family travels to Ocean Isle every June. This property is the best so far. Clean, great floor plan, nice view of the ocean, great pool, most comfortable beach house we have ever stayed in. Will not disappoint!

House was great for our family of 10 adults and 5 young ones. Location to the beach access was helpful to get our gear and selves to and from the beach. Pool was a bonus the young ones enjoyed as means to cool off. Kitchen is well equipped as with our large group we did means in. Bedding setup allowed for group to disperse and rest by sub family units. Den and deck provided space for group to gather together to visit and play games, etc.We enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the deck as a special treat for all.

We had a wonderful time at Jim and Colleen's lovely house. We had our 4 adult children and daughter-in-law, her parents and our grandson (18 months). Lots of room in the house so everyone could hang out together or retreat to their own bedrooms. The house is very clean and extremely well stocked with any kitchen tool or gadget you would ever need. Board games for the adults and lots of toys for our grandson. The decks were also great for relaxing. The elevator was especially useful for transporting luggage, groceries, etc.The location was perfect, literally steps from the beach entrance. Beach chairs and umbrella also were readily available. We spent every day at the pool which was so convenient. Such a bonus to have an outdoor shower and toilet by the pool! The grill also came in handy for meals. Communication with Jim was excellent. We loved our week there and highly recommend to other families!

The house was great for our group of 5 families to stay. The kitchen was nicely stocked with pots, pans and a lot of plates, cups and cutleries for our entire group to enjoy. The access to the beach was also great and the nice view of the ocean from our bedrooms were a huge plus! Jim was very responsive to our questions and needs and was a great host!!

Family Beach Week

Every year my family comes to OIB for a week of just being together - this house was the perfect space for all of us all together under the same roof with enough room and the location and pool were perfect.

It could not have been a better experience. The house is incredibly comfortable.It is across the street from the beach and has a fabulous pool. There is a whole garage filled with beach and pool accessories.The owner gave great recommendations. I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing stay with great views

We had a large group of 12 that stayed for a weekend. The house was clean, well equipped and spacious for the group to find spots to hang out individually or in smaller groups. Great location...very relaxing and fantastic views!

Beautiful Home!

We had a wonderful day at this gorgeous home that is literally one minute from the beach. The owners were extremely helpful, and very communicative up until our stay, and then during our stay. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I would highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation

Booked the house for our family vacation. There were a total of 14 of us and this was the perfect place. This is the first place that has had enough silverware for our whole family! The amenities are so amazing. Will definitely try to book here again.

This place was perfect for my wedding party to compliment my wife and I’s perfect weekend!The place is so roomy and fits everyone comfortably (14 adults). The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. It is well kept and clean. It is beautifully decorated in a way that makes you feel welcome. Directions for everything were well laid out and organized and to top it off, the owner is quick to respond and very kind!Highly highly recommend booking this place if have the chance with your friends and family!

Family week at Beach

This property is a jewel for family time. We spent as much time as possible on the porches which were very comfortable. The view of the ocean was almost as good as beachfront. Had a great time and would reccomend highly!

Great vacation

The house was everything they said it would be. We have been coming to OIB for many years. This house was the best equipped house we have ever had. Very convenient location we had a great vacation!

Great Family Beach House

6 couples coming for golf and beach trip. House worked perfect for the girls to walk across the street and be on the beach. Local golf courses are 10-15 minutes away. Only weird part is the lack of linens and towels.

Thank you for the nice comment. We have been looking into providing linens and towels. It gets tough in the summer when you only have a couple hours to turn over a 7-bedroom house and the cleaners have several houses in the small window of time. Since our cost would be the linen rental place, our repeat guests like to customize what linens they get through the rental company or bring their own and can keep that cost down.

Best Thanksgiving on the beach - ever !

We had 12 coming in from out of town. The house was perfect. Beautiful inside, close to beach access, great view from the balconies. Could not have asked for anything better for what we needed. Thank you Jim and Coleen.
