Located in Ocean Isle Beach, enjoy all that this 7-bedroom house has to offer.

This brilliant property provides ample space for guests, with two indoor living spaces, dinning area, and kitchen, in addition to the 7 bedrooms and 6 bathroom.  4 King Bedrooms w/ en suite baths, 1 Queen Bedroom w/ ensuite bath, 2 bedrooms with Queen over Queen Bunks.  All bedroom's have smart TVs, All non bunk rooms have ceiling fans.

In addition to the generous indoor living space, this house also has 4 porches and a large ground level space for hanging out. Lots of outdoor seating options; 12 rocking chairs, a picnic table, a second outdoor dining table w/ 6 chairs, benches, couches and swings.  In addition to all that this property has an outdoor shower, a gas grill, a small grass back yard, and a nice dock to access the canal.

The dock offers plenty of room to secure your personal boat or Jet skis for the week, as well as launch for Kayaks, Paddle boards, and other water toys.  Very quick access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

This house comes complete with all essential amenities like a well stocked Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, WiFi, a variety of bikes, beach chairs, gas grill, kayaks, and paddle boards with a variety of adult life jackets available.

Linens and Towels will be provided for all Rentals 6 nights or longer.
**Please note that Linens and Towels can be provided for an additional 300 dollars for rentals less than 6 nights.**

This lovely beach house is perfect for your next getaway, and is equipped for both long or short stays to make your vacation one to remember.

We enjoyed our stay and the location was great! Erica was easy to work with, and was available with any questions we had! The house was set up great with the king bedroom/bathroom options for our stay! We loved the outdoir rockers and the beautiful views from the porch. The boat dock was an added bonus, and we enjoyed tying our boat up for our stay! Looking forward to our next visit!

Our family truly enjoyed this house and had a lovely Thanksgiving dinner. It fit our entire family of 12 with room to spare. The view was beautiful and the karaoke machine provided some much needed fun and entertainment. The host was so welcoming. We would love to rent it again.

We had such an amazing week. This house is very well stocked, and has everything we needed for a family vacation. Seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, and two living rooms were a plus for our big group. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and fishing off the dock in the canal. The owners were prompt and helpful with our questions. We come to OIB, and this stay was one of the best! I hope we can book again next year!

We live outside of Raleigh, just a short drive away from Ocean Isle. Our whole family loves spending time in OIB in all 4 seasons, and we are excited to share the experience with our guest.

Why they chose this property

We Choose Ocean Isle becuase it is such a family friendly town. With nice parks, Week outdoor concerts, lots of food, drink, and dessert options. World class golf is a short drive away in any direction. Myrtle Beach is also close by offering access to city type of amenities.

What makes this property unique

At our home you are a short walk to the beach, with access to the Intercostal Waterway, for cruising, fishing and water access dining options. We split our day in OIB near equally between the beach, boat, and relaxing in the yard or on one of the porches
