1 Bedroom Garden View Condo 3rd Floor H304- Pono Kai

Pono Kai Resort is located on oceanfront/beachfront property. Our third-floor garden view condo has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. The bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room, fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and appliances. We manage several condos at Pono Kai as well as the entire property, so the resort's housekeeping and front desk are available with this condo.

The resort is located in the historic town of Kapaa, Kauai. You can catch the sunrise in the morning over the Pacific Ocean or even see whales during migrating season. The resort is within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques, shopping and grocery stores.

The bathroom is furnished with starter soap, shampoo and conditioner, along with a hair dryer. There is an iron and ironing board within the unit as well.

The Pono Kai Resort has many amenities on site. Pickleball, basketball, exercise room, shuffleboard, putting greens, croquet court, cornhole, ping pong, board games, just to name a few. You can rent bicycles close by and we are located within 5 minutes from water activities such as; swimming, canoeing, kayaking, surfing, etc...

There are BBQ's located throughout the resort and coin operated laundry facilities located within each building.

The Pono Kai is a great resort where you can truly relax and enjoy all that the Garden island of Kauai has to offer. We faced the pool-only issue is that there is a really bright light in the pool area that shines into the living area at night-so closing the curtains at night is a must. The grounds are beautiful and the views of the mountains very lovely. Room was clean, very nicely decorated, quiet.

Walkable spot close to a few shops and restaurants. Nice pool. Paid laundry on site which was nice. Room was perfect size for us. You do need a car in this area to get to most places.

So comfortable and beautiful. We will definitely come again. If you are planning to go to the onsite gym, it doesn’t open before 8…maybe it was 9. I can’t remember. I’m an early morning worker-outer, but the walking path right out front, along the beach was AWESOME!

It was great!! We were there for our granddaughters graduation. So very convenient. Our daughter lives in Kapaa, that was walking distance. The room was excellent, with everything you needed. Had five other family members stay with rooms as well. Enjoyed the pool with all the games, great for family and kids. I would love this same room again. Thank you for providing a great stay.

10 Yr Anniversary getaway

This was our 2nd time to Kauai and staying at Pono Kai was a great choice. Central location was key for everything we wanted while on the island. Cuts the road time down a lot allowing for more relaxing. Mahalo we really enjoyed our stay!!

Loved staying here. The room was clean and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. It was in a great location. They had grills outside that you can use. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing vacation

We will be coming back as this place has everything. We stayed 22 days and the staff are great. Lots of places walking distance from condo. The beach out front is great. You can rent chairs, snorkeling gear , coolers and more. Lots of fun stuff to do on sight also games and have a pool.

Great facilities on the water

Each morning we would wake up and walk across the facilities to watch the sun rise over the ocean. There weee nearby hammocks and other seating just for this purpose. The condo was clean and well maintained. This was a very easy place to fall in love with.

Our room was amazing! Had a garden view as well as a spectacular ocean view! We occupied 6 rooms, and all were great! Clean and comfortable. Loved that we could get a new beach towel everyday :) The pool was amazing as well. They have so much to do there on the property, and lots of games you can borrow! Fun for all! Our experience at pono Kai was great most everyone was friendly everting was clean and beautiful. Beautifully landscaped the grandsons loved the pool & koi pond as swell as the giant chess set. It was a blast to see all the wild chickens!
