You cannot imagine the beauty of this oceanfront vacation spot. From the minute you walk into this newly redecorated condo your eyes will be transfixed by the beautiful and tranquil ocean view. Watch the waves break, and enjoy watching the sea oats as they wave in the breeze.

Direct Ocean Front. Beautifully re-nourished, non-driving beach. Small quiet boutique complex of only 9 units, so no large crowds. Complex features private pool, covered parking and an elevator for ease of unpacking.

The condo rental itself is located direct oceanfront with gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you step inside. Tastefully appointed furnishings, all linens and towels provided as well.  The master bedroom with beautiful views of the ocean, has a King bed and private master bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom consists of a full size sofa bed for use when needed.

The fun doesn’t stop here. You will be a short walk from restaurants like Sunrise Grill, Café 11 and Salt Life. Check out the beach concerts and kids water park at the nearby beach pavilion. Take a short drive and check out the Alligator Farm and downtown St. Augustine. Then come home!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

 National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheater within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance, short drive into old town. Clean condo, nicely appointed, everythimg you could want (except shampoo and bodywash but a quick trip to WinDixie solved that). Wonderful stay.

Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, nice/equipped kitchen (no coffee pot, only a Keurig coffee maker...). Best part was beach access of course, but what a wonderful place to stay on St Augustine Beach!

The owner of this property thought of everything to make this stay better. The house was walkable to shopping and restuarants and more important ice cream for the kids :) The unit was decorated very well and really clean with direct ocean views from master and main living space. Beautiful condo in a great location. Perfect for a family with single set of adults. Outside of the master suite (which is amazing) the rooms/sleeping arrangements are more child oriented. Adults staying in the two guest rooms may find the beds/couch a little lacking.

Fantastic Vacation Stay!!!

This place is gorgeous! We loved everything about it. It is updated and beautiful with great views of the beach. Amazing place to stay and we will be back. Three few things to note: (1) the third bedroom is not a bedroom but a very small living room; (2) there is no bathtub for small kids; and (3) the parking is very tight for big cars. There is public parking down the street! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Loved everything about this property with the exception of it being directly below another unit where we could hear the folks above us walk. It was bizarre to not hear them speak but, every time they took a step, we knew it.

Wonderful location! The property was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our suggestions would to get better pillows, and nicer mattresses in the twin bed room as they were both very thin. Also, we heard the person above us several times from 10pm-4am...and that was very annoying. However, we're not sure there's much they can do to fix that issue. Overall, it was a great place and we would defiantly recommend it.

Great Place, Great Location

Beautiful condo in a great location. Huge beach, by far the largest we've seen in depth. Although a bottom unit it sits above the parking deck so views of the ocean are not obscured. The Unit is large with a nice patio. Well furnished with ample seating, kitchen fully equipped, a/c works great, washer/dryer as well. Also an abundance of towels, beach chairs, and 4 TV's. Only negative is they are in need of a new can opener. Both the manual and electric are poor. Exterior: covered parking is a huge asset and is well lit at night. Only negative is that a luggage cart is desperately needed. The elevator does not work well if the doors are propped open even for a few seconds, so a cart would be a welcome addition. Swimming pool is small but nice. Only 2 reclining pool chairs, more needed although we didn't encounter anyone at the pool due to poor weather. Pool was also in need of cleaning. We were there for 9 days and the pool needed attention as well as the shrubs around it. They have an abundance of outside trash and recycle cans, but we did not see a sign or note about which cans are for trash and which are for recycling. My negatives do not detract from a 5 star rating, they're simple fixes that would make the place perfect. Otherwise, great place to stay.
