Welcome to my condo! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I purchased it in 2011 after one of my very dear friends was transferred here from Atlanta. I come back and forth as often as possible. I have fallen in love with the area, and feel like it is my 'home away from home'. There is so much to do and see, I am having a blast exploring the area. I love the beach here, and bring friends and family down as often as I can.
Why they chose this property
This complex is the newest on St. Augustine Beach, built in 2003. I was drawn to the complex because of its close proximity to the beach, as well as the beautifully maintained grounds. I love that it is across the street from Pier Park with Splash Park. I l also love the Farmer's Market there on Weds. mornings, as well as the free concerts on Weds. nights!

The location is great because of walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as Anastasia State Park.
