Lovely property with lots of space
A big garden with a lovely swimming heated pool.
Bedrooms were large and comfortable and air conditioned.
In a pleasant area which offered easy access to Lucca and Pisa. Plenty of good well stocked supermarkets nearby and a good selection of restaurants

Thank you so much Andrew!
It was a pleasure to host you.
Our family of seven enjoyed our stay in Capannori. The villa had everything we needed, but could use a coffee pot. The grounds and pool were great after the day’s activities. The train station was a 15’minute walk and easy to use instead of driving. Roberto was helpful and available for any questions we had.

Thank you so much Glenn! It’s very kind of you. I really hope to host again your group!
The villa is beautiful. My kids loved the pool and the ping pong table was a huge hit! It’s very close to Lucca, a short 5min drive. Lots of coffee shops close by and many, many restaurants in Lucca. The locals are so warm and welcoming.
The location is perfect, we visited Florence, San Gimignano and The Cinque Terre during our stay.
Guilia, the lady who checked us in was so helpful throughout our stay.
Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place, garden and location in a very comfortable art nouveau style villa with large pool
Relaxing stay in this old Villa fully renovated with new beds and elegant forniture in the 4 bedrooms, large living room with fireplace and sofas. 3 large bathrooms. Very good position to reach Lucca city by bike, Florence and Pisa. Big old threes in the classic italian park very relaxing. Private parking for more than 4 cars all the property is surrounded by a wall in a quite area. Bathtub and shower in the bathroom. Changing room and bathroom outside in front of the swimming pool.
Overall a very nice place to stay for a family. We enjoyed the facilities like TV, kitchen, pool. Very warm welcome by Giulia who responded to each message immediately. Some minor complaints: air condition in one bedroom not working, no toilette on ground floor; from the advert it was no clear that house was not free standing but connected to another house, train tracks very close and noise from trains are an issue.
Overall we felt at home and enjoyed the house; without being able to compare similar houses it seems nevertheless a bit overpriced.

Grazie davvero Silvia!
