This large home features three floors of indoor living space, sleeping 12 comfortably. First floor laundry room, hall bathroom, three bedrooms (one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom). Main floor open concept kitchen, dining, living room space with large deck facing the bay. Hall bathroom and bedroom with ensuite also on this floor. The master suite is the third floor with large bathroom featuring jacuzzi tub, step-in shower, and double sink vanity. Office/sitting area off master bedroom with private deck for excellent sunset views. Garage area available for storage and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Outdoor shower for easy clean-up. Pets welcomed with owners approval and an additional fee
