Please note: Our winter guest from January 2025 through March 2025, must be booked as 1 continuous reservation.

The elegantly decorated and spacious living room features a Smart HDTV, DVD player and access to the private, screened in private lanai and outdoor shower. The stylish dining area features seating for 6 at the dinning room table plus seating for 2 more on bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Fix a meal fit for a king using new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. If you prefer to eat at one of our many amazing restaurants in town instead cooking, you will be able to enjoy sitting on the front porch or lanai in the morning enjoying your coffee freshly made in the Keurig or standard coffee maker.

The lovely master bedroom features a king size bed with an extremely comfortable Leesa mattress, Smart HDTV, access to the lanai and outside shower plus a private master bath featuring dimmable lighting and a walk-in shower. The upscale 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. The nautical themed 3rd bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin on the top, a full size on the bottom and a pull out twin trundle. The 2nd bathroom is convenient for multiple people getting ready at the same time because the sink is separated from the toilet, tub and shower.

This Beach House features a large private, screened in lanai with beautiful, lush Florida vegetation providing privacy. Enjoy comfortable patio furniture with seating for 6 to relax and enjoy boat drinks. The patio table seats 4 to enjoy a nice meal or a board game. The private outdoor shower with hot and cold water is a wonderful way to rinse off the salt water from a fun day at the beach! Many guests say the outside shower was very memorable!

There is an upscale HE washer and dryer located inside the home. A unique benefit of this beach house is the vast amount of off-street parking for boats, trailers, motorcycles or cars of visiting friends and family. YouTube TV is provided to watch hundreds of channels of Live TV. Plus, Netflix, Amazon Video, Hulu, etc. are also available if you use your own account to log in. Wi-Fi is provided via secure high-speed wireless internet

Please keep in mind that the beach home sleeps a maximum of 8 people. There is plenty of closet space and dressers space to unpack and enjoy this beautiful beach home! Hair dryers, iron and ironing board and everything else you can think of is provided for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was described very well and Dale couldn’t have communicated with us any better. The house sits back from the street and with the landscaping it seemed very private.We plan to rent it again.

We Would Like To Return

It was a nice clean welcoming place that was well equipped for adults and children. The neighbourhood was beautiful. The host was prompt when there was a minor issue with the toilet. A definite 5 star accommodation.

Beach Vacation

Enjoyed this home very much. Less than a block from the beach, so close you can hear the ocean waves. Home was exactly as described. Very well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Dale (the host) was extremely accommodating and quick to respond with communication. We are making plans to return next winter for a longer stay.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This property and our stay was phenomenal. The condo was as advertised. It was gorgeous, clean, well maintained, and so close to the beach. The property owners were super sweet and very easy to work with. My family had an absolute fabulous time and would recommend this rental to anyone.

The perfect family getaway!

I highly recommend this property! Especially if you are looking for excellent location, host and overall beautiful home! We loved this! It is just steps away from the beach! If you are looking for relaxation in the perfect place, with the absolute sweetest host this is it! We will definitely be back!!

Family Getaway

This property was exactly as described in the listing. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. We walked across the street to the beach every day taking the beach chairs, an umbrella and the boogie boards in the wheeled cart which is provided by the owner. We were also happy it is a pet friendly property so we could bring our dog. Our host checked on us to make sure all was well

This is a amazing little home, and we were very thrilled with the extra items that were there to use, such as beach chairs and bikes. We felt right at home and enjoyed getting up for the sunsets and then enjoying the rest of our day. There are so many close restaurants and activities in NSB. We will definitely be back.. :)

Great Beach Escape

Beach house was the perfect getaway location for us over the holidays. The beach was right across the street from the house. House was as listed on Vrbo with everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Biking on the beach was an added bonus every day. Would definitely stay at this home again. Perfect vacation home

I rented this property for myself and my out of town family and needless to say we had a fantastic time. The house was magnificent; it was equipped with everything you needed except yourself and the food. The owner was really friendly and hospitable. Service that you don't get anymore. This is definitely a place that I will come to and refer to everyone that I know.

Thanksgiving with family

This trip was a much needed get together with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. This property proved to be a great choice as it was conveniently located to the beach and many other local attractions. The house is stocked with everything you would need and the owners are extremely attentive to any additional needs you might have. The communication with the owners is excellent and they truly care about their rental home. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and the house has multiple outdoor grills as well. We had Thanksgiving on the spacious screened in porch! You can not go wrong with this excellent rental in New Smyrna Beach.

Family Visit

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed in this lovely house for 4 days in September. The home is beautiful, well maintained and has very easy access to the beautiful New Smyrna Beach. We had a wonderful stay. We have family that lives in Edgewater and visited with them. One of the family members is in a wheel chair and it was very easy for him to come visit because of access to the house. The owner was very helpful. Even called to see if we needed suggestions for restaurants and to make sure everything was in order. Owner is very easy to work with. A GREAT experience all around.

Relaxing Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Cearra del Ray. Utilized the bikes on the beach, that was my favorite time, riding with my husband in the morning. The home was fully equipped with kitchen items needed to cook at home daily. House was very clean inside & outside. The screened in porch was nice in the evenings when it cooled off. The t.v. was a little confusing to get accessible (mainly for Grandpa), but that could have been user error! : ) We went horseback riding one day, which was nice way to start the day. NSB is a beautiful city & so laid back! We will definitely visit again & Cearra del Ray will be at the top of our list for accommodations! Thank you Dale & Sivan!

Perfect Beach House

This beach house is amazing! Not only is it beautifully decorated and spotless, but it also has every "beach item" you could possibly want or need. There is no need to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, large umbrella or towels. Literally, everything that you could possibly want for a great day at the beach is available. And, it's only 200 steps from the front door of the house to the sandy beach. (I counted!) I loved staying here so much that I will be back again next year to make this an annual trip. Thank you to the owner for the excellent communication and for providing us with a beautiful home to stay in. Lastly, the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in a rental, even better than my kitchen at home. Every creature comfort is at your fingertips in this home!

A dream come true

Wow, what a vacation. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. This home is beautiful, comfortable and unbelievable. Everything you could ask for. There is a stock of so many towels for showers and beach towels. Never have I seen so many provided. That means......don't have to do laundry every day. The entire home was clean and comfortable and so spacious. My family really enjoyed all the beach equipment as well. This home really does make traveling easy. I can't imagine how I would have brought all the extra in my car. Thank you so much for the use of your home. I am pretty certain we are going to become a regular.

Paradise

Communication is key and Dale and Sivan were top notch! We had a wonderful time! The location to the beach, Flagler, local restaurants, the airport, dog walking trails were all easily accessible! We were able to bring our fur babies and I am grateful for this, it's very hard to find rentals that will let you bring one small dog, but two larger dogs.... our pups even got to meet Dale and Sivan! So did we, it was a pleasure and our dogs were on their best behavior! Thank the Lord! Out door shower is an experience everyone should have, esp. coming from Michigan where it's always cold! Beach gear was great! beds were so comfy! Screened Florida porch was so enjoyable in the morning for coffee! We did not want to leave! but work was calling us back :( Love Love Love Thank you for sharing your wonderful Beach Home with us. Aaron and Michelle, Ryleigh and Remy too!

Catching Up with Childhood Friend

I was looking for a rental close to beach but a bit quiet and private. This is exactly what you get when you rent this amazing home! Yes, this has a very upscale homey feel with modern features through out. We loved starting our mornings making our own coffee and then heading to the beach, which was literally steps away! Everything we could image was available for our use on the beach, chairs, cooler and plenty of beach towels. We also enjoyed that only 5 minutes down the beach was an amazing beach bar "Chases" it was so nice to have a place like that so close and not have to drive :) Everyone there makes you feel so welcome especially the young man bartending! In the evenings it was nice to be able to just kick back and watch movies on the large flat screen TV, you even have the option to login into your Netflix account! At weeks end we definitely decided to make this a yearly trip, we will only be renting this home! Dale went out of his way to make this a special time for us. Thanks!!

Ahhhh!! What a Gem!

Just had an amazing stay at this New Smyrna Beach house and the house definitely added to the quality of our visit!! Two families with teens and a couple younger children fit comfortably in this 3 bedroom home. The owner, Dale, has the garage outfitted with everything you might need for the beach, which is so helpful when you are traveling from out-of state and can't haul chairs, towels, coolers, bikes, surfboard, boogie boards, etc. If you plan on cooking at home, the kitchen is stocked with quality cookware and utensils. One of the our favorite aspects of this house was that it was such a short walk to the beach and there was a code for the front door. All the guests could come and go as they pleased without having to keep track of keys. We never packed more than drinks for the beach, because we knew we could walk back to the house for lunch. And if there was an afternoon thunderstorm (and there was almost everyday) we went home, cooled off in the AC and headed back after the storm had passed. Dale was very easy to get in touch with when we had trouble with the WiFi. Cable company had to come out twice to replace an outdoor wire, and Dale was generous enough to compensate us for the trouble. He was easy to reach and responsive to our needs. If you're lucky enough to get to NSB, I couldn't recommend this property highly enough!

A Little Slice of Paradise

Part of me is hesitant to write a review. I want to be selfish and keep this place a secret all to myself. But that would be a complete disservice to the amazing hosts. The house is absolutely incredible, from the first moment you walk in, it feels like a home away from home. It is a great space, especially, if traveling with children. It doesn't feel stiff and glass museum like. It is a place where you can unwind and relax without hesitation. The open living, dining, kitchen area is wonderful for gathering around and spending time with one another. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you may need for a stress free holiday. All you have to worry about is a trip to the grocery store. The hosts really make vacationing as stress free as possible. When planning the beach portion of your trip, just plan for clothes. You will not need anything beyond that. Everything for an enjoyable experience is ready and waiting for you. It comes stocked with chairs, mats, umbrellas, beach toys, boards, towels, coolers, even this awesome and convenient beach cart. If you spent a long day at the beach and still aren't quite finished with the days adventure you can come back and hop on the bicycles and go explore the area some more. The house is fully prepared to make your vacation as stress free as possible. My children liked the outdoor shower the best about the house. I have never seen a child so excited to get clean. It was a very unique experience for them to be able to go to the beach come back covered in sand and get cleaned all up outside! Definitely cut down on any stress I may have felt for potentially tracking the sand through the house. It is hard to summarize everything that I enjoyed in a review. I think my favorite part of the actual house was being able to walk outside after putting the kids to bed, sitting in the rocking chairs and just hearing the calming sounds of the ocean waves crashing against the shore. Our whole experience in this home was amazing. I have not one complaint. The hosts are very responsive to any question or request. They are very genuine and seem to really care about the overall experience of the guest. We have traveled around from beach house to beach house over the years and this one really sticks out in my mind and will continue to stick out. There was something about the whole experience that was quite magical. I think that has something to do with NSB in general. It is great!

Great Experience!

The house fit our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Loved the outdoor screened in area. We spent a lot of time in that area after spending all day at the beach. Communication from the host was amazing and so helpful. Definitely will stay again!

Why they chose this property

As a little boy, my family always drove from Maryland to New Smyrna Beach for vacation. I told myself that someday I would own a vacation beach house in New Smyrna Beach because I loved the beach and Disney World. As an adult, I realize there is even more reasons to vacation in New Smyrna Beach! Now I want to share my wonderfully relaxing beach house with you!

What makes this property unique

The beach house is very upscale as you can see from the photos. Plus, pet friendly for most pets! The ocean is literally only 212 steps away (you can hit a baseball from the house and it will hit the beach). Very close and convenient to come and go to the beach from the house in no time without any effort. Everything you could want is provided including high speed wireless cable internet, bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Every family/group that has stayed has loved their vacation!
