Minutes from San Tan Village, this newly built home sits on a shared acre lot, tucked away on an ideal country road. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Loop 202, with upgraded amenities and relaxing views. Vaulted ceilings, large kitchen, with 1400 sqft of tasteful decor including a leather couch, a large concrete dining table, large 60” tv, 2 bed/2 bath. The main bedroom has a pillow topped queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tiled walk in shower. 2nd bedroom has a set of luxurious memory foam twin beds. Kitchen comes fully equipped and includes pots, pans, plates/bowls, silverware, blender, Insta pot, knives, cutting boards, mixing spoons/spatulas, can opener, and other misc items for everyday cooking. 2 car garage.

A comfy home in the desert

As a family with young kids, we loved staying here. There was space for the kids to play, a huge kitchen perfect for family meals, and best of all the bedrooms were the perfect size for us all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The great room is so spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I loved cuddling up with the cozy couch blankets and watching a show in the evenings. The master bed was amazing, the mattress was fantastic and so comfortable.I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Family reunion

This property was just perfect for our visit with family. Spacious enough for 6. Though we were coming & going a lot, it was nice to have a place to unwind. Will definitely use this place for future family trips. Hosts were very accommodating.

Wonderful home perfect for a small family. The countryside in the middle of the city. Beautifully done, inside out and am sure the landscaping will be amazing once it is completed. Loved our stay.

Modern, Comfortable, Clean and Peaceful!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Laura and John responded promptly to any questions we had. Perfect place to stay because it was 2 miles from family we were here to visit. Great location. Restaurants and shops near by. The showers here are amazing! Beds are comfortable! No complaints! We would definitely stay here again!!

Country 5 Star House

WOW! We truly enjoyed our stay , Laura was very accommodating and responsive. The house was spotless clean in addition to having the most comfortable beds. The house is close to stores , restaurants and more which was convenient. You can tell Laura put a lot of work into this home, and the detail shows.

Spring break

My husband and i went to visit our daughter over spring break. The house was perfect for us as it is very close to her apartment and ASU Polytech campus as well as restaurant, stores, etc. The house is beautiful and it's obvious that Laura has put a lot of work into it. Once the landscaping is done this place will be amazing!

Clean and quite location

This property still smells new. The house was clean and beautiful. Very comfortable. Great location. The neighborhood in quite in an old farming area. It didn't even feel like we were in the city. Close to everything we needed. Stores, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend this property and we definitely would return.

House was way bigger and roomier than we anticipated! It was very clean. Beds were SO COMFY —they looked stiff in the photos, but they were a dream to sleep on. My daughter and I each got a twin bed and our friend had the master suite. Girls trip and we appreciated the beautiful VRBO! Shower was so luxurious. Toiletries were stocked well. We walked to coffee every morning. And the location was perfect for my daughter’s Vb games at Arizona athletic center.

This house is in like-new condition, very clean, a modern style with high ceilings, and has plenty of amenities: washer/dryer, full kitchen with loads of utensils, cooking tools and dishes, cups, etc. The owners are very pleasant and accommodating. The house is a separate dwelling, behind the owner’s home, but has plenty of privacy. I did give a slightly lower rating to the areas around the house only because it’s not landscaped yet, but the owners are working on that. Overall, a lovely place that I’d recommend to anyone. We’ll be back the next time we stay in Gilbert!
