Ce condo a l'un des meilleurs endroits dans la vieille ville, au bas de la rue Main à quelques pas de la ville Ascenseur, et les meilleurs restaurants, boutiques et activités après-ski que Park City a à offrir. Notre unité est au dernier étage et dans le même bâtiment que le jacuzzi intérieur, un sauna et des vestiaires, donc il n'y a pas besoin d'aller à l'extérieur. Nous sommes sur la route de la navette gratuite et à quelques minutes de Deer Valley, il est donc pas nécessaire de louer une voiture. L'ascenseur de la ville prend les skieurs de l'ascenseur Bonanza à Park City Mountain et contourne le salaire ascenseur occupé à la base de Park City Mountain. Vous pouvez skier à l'arrière par les sentiers de la ville à la fin de la journée ou de la mi-journée pour le déjeuner en ville ou à la copropriété. Profitez de l'jacuzzis intérieur / extérieur et la piscine chauffée. Excellent emplacement pour le Festival du Film de Sundance. Le condo a été mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux tapis partout. Le salon a tout nouvel éclairage, de nouvelles tables d'extrémité, un pouf de rangement et une nouvelle marque queen size canapé-lit et causeuse. Il est un bois d'ardoise de cuivre de feu de cheminée, et d'une télévision HD à écran plat de 37 pouces avec un lecteur DVD / Blu Ray sans fil. La cuisine a tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un lave-vaisselle Bosch, Frigidaire Gallery four micro-ondes monté sur une cuisinière électrique avec table de cuisson induction et un GE économiseur d'énergie réfrigérateur. Parquet en chêne et un nouveau comptoir de granit et de passer à travers la salle à manger. La cuisine est bien équipée avec une abondance de petits appareils électroménagers, ustensiles de cuisine, plats et couverts. Porte coulissante sur un balcon privé.

Une piscine extérieure chauffée est disponible pour la saison de ski et de l'utilisation de l'été. Guest reçoivent des informations sur le transport terrestre et les billets de remontée à prix réduits lors de la réservation. Les clients peuvent stocker leurs skis au valet de ski à côté de l'ascenseur de la ville pendant la nuit aussi longtemps qu'ils possèdent leurs propres skis ou de les louer à partir de cet emplacement. Will definitely rent again!
We are here now and it is wonderful! The condo is roomy, cozy, clean and updated. The layout is great and the location is amazing for skiing at the various mountains here. My husband mentioned that is is the most "outfitted" condo we've ever stayed in!
The description is exact, and the photos give a clear picture as to how great and immaculate this condo is. The owner has been extremely helpful with the reservations and any questions we've had.
We've enjoyed walking Main street and Park Ave, just one block away is everything you need...restaurants, coffee, pubs, sushi, ski rentals, and lots of cute shops!

Great Value and Excellent Location!
This is a fabulous location to access the PCMR's Town Lift. Walk less than a block and you can purchase lift tickets and rent gear as well. We loved how convenient it was for us to walk to a variety of restaurants for dinner. The condo is well appointed, stocked (loved the plush towels!), and very clean. The have a great area for all your ski gear. The photos are very accurate and everything is in wonderful condition. The only suggestion for improvement would be to change the shower head in the bathroom to increase the flow of water. Unfortunately the outdoor hot tub was not in working order when we were there which was very disappointing. We did utilize the indoor one but it's not the type of atmoshphere we were hoping for after a day of skiing. Overall we would not hesitate to return to this condo in the future!

The shower head is what is required by code. Water saver shower heads with a flow of 2.2 GPM are required and since we have updated our plumbing we must comply with the local codes. The hot tub is maintained by the HOA and not something we have control of. It was out for a few days but repaired and back in operation.

60 Five star reviews on VRBO for this two bedroom lockout condo with 27 for the one bedroom option, 26 for the two bedroom option and 7 for the hotel room option. All face the same direction in the Main street Old Town area. This is a very active and popular area with traffic on all sides of our two building condo complex. We have never had a complaint about road noise as by 10PM the traffic to the ski areas, restaurants etc. ends. The new windows that are double insulated plus the blinds and the curtains keep out road noise effectively. Different guests have different requirements for mattresses and pillows and it is impossible to satisfy those who want a soft mattress and those who want a firm mattress. We have extra pillows available of different types that are available upon request. The mattress has a pillow top pad on top and we have never had any negative complaints about the mattresses before. The photos of the bathroom show the size accurately. The space is divided for convenience with a 5' X 5' area for the toilet and tub and a door separating the 5' X 5' vanity/sink area. This allows the guests flexibility so that two people can use the bathroom at the same time. . All Park Station bathrooms are set up the same way. The amenities offered at Park Station and the location make Park Station the choice of many repeat guests. Most in town properties do not have the room for a courtyard with a pool and outdoor hot tub. Many of our guests return year after year due to the great experience they have staying with us. The 60 five star reviews on VRBO reflect that.

Very comfortable unit with roomy living room and dining area and nice kitchen. Location fantastic, less than 5 minute walk from Town Lift and Main Street with easy access to slopes, restaurants, ski rentals, etc. We really enjoyed our stay, perfect for 2 guests or 3-4 if use foldout. Only suggested improvements are more paper goods (we had to buy more paper towels and toilet paper) and more thorough cleaning of dishware and silverware by cleaning staff ahead of stay.

Sorry to hear about the paper goods but it would be helpful to hear about that while you were staying in the unit and I would have had more dropped off. I was the person staying in the unit right before your stay and all the dinnerware was left clean. It is impossible to have every item in the kitchen taken out and checked by cleaning staff, especially when the kitchen is as well stocked as ours is. We have a 2 year old Bosch dishwasher that has multiple cycles that does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes.

Very nice place
Stayed here with my wife and 18 y.o. daughter. Very clean and a well provisioned.kitchen. Unit is in very good shape. We usually rent ski in ski out, but Park City is a great ski town and we enjoyed being so conveniently located. Easy access to pool and condo with 4 numbers you punch in - no need for digging out card to swipe. Well designed hot tub adjacent to pool - subdivided into 3 sections each with independent control of the jets.

Park Station condos have the best location
Had a great stay at this one bedroom condo. Location was quiet, but a short walk to all that Park City has to offer, including shopping, restaurants, and the Town Lift. Owner was responsive and the condo itself is well kept.

Lovely Condo and Service
My husband and I stayed in this condo in July and we were very pleased. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and everything was immaculate. One of the best places my son and I have stayed thus far in Utah. Centrally located and very close (5 min walk) from main street and PC town lift. Owner was extremely easy to deal with and most helpful. Parking is not an issue since we were driving to various resorts in the area. Condo is very well furnished and comfortable, especially after a long day of Spring 2015 skiing!

Close to everything
I've travelled to many ski locations in Utah and Colorado. I have stayed in several VRBO condo's but this Hotel unit was the best by far. It was clean, comfortable and very convenient to all there is to do in Park City. The owner is very helpful in getting all information to guests including info about skiing, rentals, getting around the town for groceries and supplies etc..
This was the best location for a very short walk to everything. The owner is very helpful.

Awesome Ski Experience
Too often when someone goes on a ski vacation, the condo/hotel/lodge is an afterthought. However, I learned that this couldn't be further from the truth during my last ski vacation in Utah. I stayed with some friends at the Park Station Condo and couldn't be happier with my experience. The condo has recently been updated and is well-furnished. The beds were especially comfortable. In addition, the owner was fantastic. She provided a lot of information on ground transportation and on where to go for discount ski rentals and discount lift tickets. She truly seemed interested in making our stay and ski experience the best that it could be.
Lastly, this condo has a great location (on the Main street). It was incredibly easy to jump on the town lift and access any of the main ski mountains in the area. At the end of the day, because of the location, it was really easy for my friends and I to walk to a number of great restaurants and bars.
From a person who has skied in various areas (Switzerland, Colorado, Canada, Vermont, etc...), this Utah ski experience is one of my favorites and will be a great, lasting memory.

Great Park City Spot close to skiing and downtown for families or small groups.
Have stayed here twice over the past three years. Great location close enough to walk to food, shops, and skiing. Hotelesque, private one-bedroom. Living room has nice pullout and balcony. Good spot for friends, couples, or a small family.

Great place to stay!
We found this place on VBO last year and loved it so much we returned this year. It has everything - accessibility, cleanliness, comfort, and privacy. We feel like we are home when we stay here. Best Condo in Park City, Excellent Location to Town and Ski Lift, Quiet, Clean, Comfortable!
We have stayed at this condo three times over the past few years and now consider it our first choice in Park City as our preferred getaway! The location is excellent with the ability to walk to dining, town and the ski lift within minutes. The path that runs near the property is excellent for morning runs or walks! The condo is very well equipped, clean, well maintained and the owner is a delight to deal with. This experience has always been a positive, enjoyable one. We love the convenience of the unit and all the comfort of home that it offers..... returning at the end of the day to sit in front of a roaring fire and enjoying a peaceful environment. Great place to stay, easy access to Main St!
I needed a place to stay last minute in Park City and we found this listing the day before our arrival. I could not be more happier with the unit - it was clean, accessible to town, convenient and affordable. Plus communicating and working with the Owner could not have gone smoother. She provided all we needed in such a short turn-around time. I was a little weary as I had not used a VRBO before and wasn't sure how reliable or convenient it would be. But I was pleasantly suprised by how very easy the whole process was. I will definately be renting this unit again upon my next trip to Park City.

Great location
Very nice condo within steps of the town lift. Set at the base of Main street and all the restaurants, shops and bars. No need for a car as everything is easily walkable with easy shuttle access to the Canyons and Deer Valley. Very professional owner who was very accommodating and dialed in.

For the money this was a good deal. Short walk to the town lift and great access to Old Town PC. Free shuttle picks up right in front of the building. Condo is well maintained with comfortable beds and good appliances. Convenience of electronic combo locks for general areas as well as the unit is a plus - no key hassles! Only half the jets in the outdoor hot tub were working and the laundry room soap dispenser eats your quarters. Front desk was quick to replace the quarters. I would rent this again. Good deal.

Half the jets working in the outdoor hot tub was a emporary problem that Ithe individual unit owners have no control over. The problem has been repaired by the HOA management company.

My wife and I stayed here...
My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights just before Christmas. We have family in the Park City area and rent houses and condos about twice a year.
This condo is the best accommodation for a couple or small family that we have stayed in. The location is superb, just a block from Zoom restaurant and the start of Main Street.
The layout of the condo is just very pleasong. There is a great room feel to the main area The kitchen is large, functional and well equipped. The dining area has a large table which will seat at least six and is a very good place to put a computer and take advantage of the free/fast wifi service. The fireplace works very efficiently and we made a very big dent in the generous supply of dry aged wood piled high on the covered verandah.
The bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed is big enough to navigate around without feeling cramped.
My nine year old grandson who stayed with us one night declared the unit a "very cool place" That sums it up

We stayed for a week at the tail end of Sundance, 2009. We have rented via vrbo several times in the past and this was one of our best experiences. The condo is very clean and the location can't be beat due to the proximity to the town lift and all that there is to do on Main Street. The grocery store (Albertson's) is a short walk or bus ride down Park Avenue. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bus for Deer Park and The Canyons is also just out the door. The unit itself and the location can't be beat. The owners are very helpful and provided a ton of great information prior to our trip. We will definately be back!

We looked all over Park City and Deer Valley and both felt that Park Station had the best location. It is at the bottom of Main Street, yet the condo complex is quiet. The town chairlift is just steps away and the free buses stop right at Park Station, so a car is not necessary. We have been managing this unit since 2008.

There are indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a swimming pool that is open for the ski season and from mid June to Labor Day. The condo is our second home, not just a rental property. Therefore we are constantly upgrading and making improvements. We have come to enjoy Park City year round and share that knowledge with our renters to insure that they have a good time and make the most of their vacation. We provide all the insider info to our guests including where to buy discount ski tickets so they can save money.
