Great location, lovely stay. This place had a great layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs - allowing us to get up early without waking others still sleeping. This had all of the amenities needed (though a few extra towels would have been nice) and lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Perfect spot for a family getaway.
We loved the location and proximity to all the closeby shops & bus stops! The Vrbo was comfy, clean and had every amenity, down to the dryer sheets ready for our almost 2 week stay.
We loved our stay! Everything that we needed was available and the house was just perfect! We enjoyed the fireplace & kitchen/grill. We cooked 2/4 nights & everything we needed was available in the kitchen as far as utensils/cookware and spices! The house is in a great location - walking distance to many restaurants & little shops!
We have been going to Deer Valley for the last 3 years and this was by far the best place we stayed! The pictures don't doit justice and Patty, the homeowner couldn't' have been lovelier. The house was clean, spacious, and had mostly everything we needed. It was about 15 minutes to the mountain depending on traffic which we had expected. There is a nice outdoor shopping area with food choices and a market which makes things very convenient. We just loved the place and it felt like a home away from home!
We had a throughly enjoyable two and a half week stay at Pattys Kimball Junction townhome. The property was very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. We were within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as other entertainment. Park City was only a short drive away. Our visit was primarily for mountain biking and we could quickly access a number of trails or trail areas, with a short ride on the paved bike path to others. The townhome was a great place to relax in after a day outdoors with all the essentials and comforts you could want. Patty was a great host; responsive, accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay at her townhome again!
Painting crew working on property all day - every day (except weekend) we stayed. All windows/doors covered in plastic - no view - no privacy - workers all around the property 8-10 hours each day. I have pictures to document. We left earlier than we had booked. Didn't want to deal with the painting crew any longer. We weren't able to have a single window/covering open.
We really enjoyed our stay at Patty’s condo. She was inviting and responsive. It was clean and well represented by the images on VRBO. The condo was in great proximity to everything we needed. Grocery store, ski rentals, transportation and restaurants were in walking distance. We’d definitely say here again.
We spent Christmas day and the week prior at this property with our family and had a fantastic stay! The property itself is clean and modern. It really is more of a townhouse vs. a condo in that there are no tenants above or below. Having 2.5 baths for a 2 bedroom place is a nice luxury while you are on vacation. There is garage parking and even a heated drive way which is perfect for when it snows.
The location is right next to all the shopping that you would ever need - restaurants, grocery, retail clothing, etc. Parkcity mountain is a short drive away. There are also several parks nearby to walk, ski, etc. The owners are proactive & on top of things.

We had a lovely stay. Very modern and plenty of room for our family of 5. Great location close to The Canyons to ski and walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment (weather permitting).

We just purchased this condominium in Park City to enjoy time with our family who lives here and are offering our property for rent on VRBO for others to enjoy this fabulous city. Skiing is best known here but the summer and spring are also very desirable times to visit. Hiking, walking and cycling trails abound, outdoor restaurants and free public transportations make Park City so appealing and easy. You will certainly enjoy your visit.
