Located close to Southampton Village shops, restaurants, and ocean beaches, this wonderful family home is situated on 1.2 gorgeous acres in Southampton Village with an oversized heated pool (25' by 48') a pergola, outdoor shower, covered porches and is surrounded by serene gardens.
The interior is elegantly furnished and features 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, living room, dining room, sunroom and a family room adjacent to a formal gourmet kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, two refrigerators, large butler's pantry, and a breakfast area. Upstairs there is a large recreation room with pool table and big screen television. The home has wireless internet, central air conditioning and a stereo system throughout the house. The house has an attached two car garage and offers a removable pool safety fence for young children.
