Pelican Sound Golf & River Club vacation rentals

This is our second year staying in this beautiful and recently renovated unit. The unit is essentially brand new, and is clean and tastefully decorated with a great kitchen, including all new appliances. The unit is located very close to a beautiful swimming pool, and to the racquet center which includes state of the art tennis and pickle ball facilities. We enjoyed the many amenities at Pelican Sound. One of the highlights was a wonderful water taxi ride to Lovers Key with our grandchildren which included Valentine's Day treats for the grandkids and dolphin sightings on the return trip. We also enjoyed golfing on the beautiful Pelican Sound course, use of its state of the art fitness facilities and dining at the brand new River Club.The owner is a pleasure to deal with and is always very responsive when we contact her.It was a great 2-month stay. The owner is 5-star, the unit is 5-star and Pelican Sound is 5-star.

This condo is 5 stars. quiet end unit where you can see sunrise and sunset. Dishes, flatware, glassware, linens and appliances were all brand new. Short walk to two pools, fitness center, restaurants and golf. Owners were amazing, you can rent this property with confidence!

We loved our stay at Pelican Sound. The amenities are wonderful and having access to three different golf courses a definite plus. The condo is well equipped and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and very informative. Looking forward to returning next year!

Pelican Sound GRC is just a wonderful community and very well managed. This was our 8th visit and looking forward to our 9th next winter season!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. View from outside porch were terrific! Well furnished, tastefully done, comfortable, the owners were great with being flexible as we rented during the covid-19 experience.

We loved our stay in Pelican Cove. Our condo was just perfect. We loved the views of the lake and golf course off the lanai. The pontoon ride to Lovers Key was very fun! I saw dolphins many times.! This community is very beautiful. We are very happy we stayed there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. They communicated detailed instructions, provided prompt responses and support whenever we had questions.We dealt with three different team members and they were all professional and friendly. We had no hesitation to book the same condo for next year at the same time. As for the condo unit, it was clean and nicely furnished. It fit our needs perfectly. If there was any suggestion we could make, it would be for some updating of cooking pans, and perhaps a new set of chairs for the balcony.
