This 3-bedroom sunlit cottage will make you smile. The home sleeps 5 and has everything you need for a carefree getaway. Located on a quiet dead-end street, it's a short walk (.3 mile) to access the private beach at the Heritage Sands or Haigis beach on Nantucket Sound. Inside there is a separate spacious dining room. The bathroom has a washer/dryer with a custom stand- up glass enclosed shower (20'' opening). Hardwood floors throughout and a mini split air conditioner in the living room. The lighted backyard patio has seating for eating and gathering around the solo stove and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

Amazing beach cotage

What a fantastic place to stay. The house was so clean, cute as can be, the back patio was fantastic. The house had everything you need. I’m not a huge fan of knotty pine but didn’t deter me and so glad for that. The walk to the beach was perfect-about 5 minutes. We will rent this cottage again next year!

Such a great location close to Many restaurants, ice cream and most importantly a nice short walk to the beach. The only thing we missed were the Adirondack chairs that were out front last year - my parents loved sitting in those. New furniture out back is very nice!

A+!The outdoor patio was a nice bonus during the week because if the hot temperature. Praticaly ate there all the time! 2 members of our party are passionates fishermens. So, Hagis beach at the end if the Street was perfect for them.That was a realy a wonderful week!
