Great stay! Spacious unit with its own pool which was amazing! We enjoyed the porch views watching the sunrise each morning.Well equipped kitchen overall Loft with trundle beds were great for our kids We enjoyed being close to sunset beach where we took in a few sunsets and swam and laid in the sun when our pool was shaded.Host was very responsive We had a great week and hope to return next year!

Great house, great location

We had a great time at this house in Key Colony Beach! Check-in went smoothly, house was clean, and very cute decor! We have finally found a place to enjoy the rainy days in the keys since we were able to just spend time at the house or in the pool. Overall, great place to stay in Marathon!

Family Getaway

Our family spent a week at this wonderful home. It had everything needed for a perfect stay. My sons enjoyed the manatees visiting the docks, swimming and even caught a few fish while there. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It is perfect for renting a boat because you can keep it right at the house and you have quick access to both the Atlantic and Gulf sides of the island. The house itself is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need.

Wonderful Week

The house listing speaks for itself. The property is lovely and well kept. We enjoyed a week on the water with our boat with quick access to the open water. The surrounding neighborhood is incredible with so many options for activities and dining. We would definitely stay here again.

Pure paradise

Wonderful stay for our Christmas break location was great close to the things you need and plenty to see and do. My boys enjoyed swimming daily in the heated pool which was a complete pleasure for all you used it. Great layout in the house two main bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms. The loft was perfect for my boys to share and have their own space to hang out Katie was so nice to work with very easy to contact and answered all our questions when we had them. We couldn’t be happier with our time here and absolutely recommend booking it

Great Family Rental

We stayed for two weeks to celebrate some birthdays in my family. My wife and I and our five kids had plenty of room and the kids loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is great and it’s close to everything you need on vacation. There are great walking/biking/running paths throughout the Key Colony community. It is a short drive to multiple beaches, restaurants and family friendly activities. Katie was great, super responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

Holiday week

We stayed over the Fourth of July week. Had the kids and grandkids with us. It was an awesome house. Great location. Great for fishing. Lots of good restaurants. Close to the upper keys and Key West where we went for a day. Would definitely consider going back. The only downside was very expensive and long wait to put the boat in at the public ramp

Perfect!

We loved our stay here. We had 5 adults and 2 kids staying in the house and it was ample space with comfy beds. We ate out on the porch almost every day, such entertainment watching the boats pass by. The kitchen was fully stocked and easy to cook in, and we utilized the grill, as well. Loved the pool! And the hammock! We brought our 22 ft boat and the dock was more than roomy. Fish cutting table and hose on the dock were convenient. The property manager, Katie, was prompt and friendly in replies. For sure would rent again!

Loved the house!

We had 4 adults and 3 kids ages 9, 11 & 13. The space indoors & out was perfect for all of us. We seen a manatee, fish & lobster in the canal. The boys loved it ALL! I did forget to tell manager that the toaster does not work. The queen bed is very firm for those who like that. King is soft & comfy. Loved the master shower (2 shower heads). Great location for everything. We will be booking again in the future. Note: would be great if there were a few beach chairs that could be used for the beach or access to the Cabana Club!

Enjoyed our stay

The property was clean and well equipped for any cooking you would want to do. We used the grill and enjoyed our dinners on the deck. The bedrooms are dark due to locked storm shutters over the windows. We called the property manager concerning this. She responded very promptly however the opening/removal proved to be more difficult. This resulted in the property Mgr having to contact a professional service provider to come out. Unfortunately our stay ended prior having the bedroom window shutters open/removed. All in all we had a great stay!

Perfect for young families! Definitely pay the extra for pool heat

We loved our stay here. Our group was 4 adults and 3 kids ages 6-10. We paid the extra fee for the pool to be heated and I strongly recommend it! We also rented a boat during our stay so being on the canal was so convenient. Kitchen and linens were well-stocked. We ended up buying some pool toys for the kids because the property did not have any (no big deal). House had starter paper towels and toilet paper but just enough for a day or 2. We also got laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent and dish soap at the store, so plan on that (not an issue, just sharing for those who want to plan ahead). The loft area was perfect for the kiddos. All the beds were pretty comfortable too. Thanks for a great stay! :)

We visited with our 4 children and just have to say that this was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Katie was great to work with and answered quickly when we had questions. The house itself was extremely well stocked, clean and the beds were comfy! The pool was amazing and the kids swam from sun up to sun down. The canal water was clear and we enjoyed fishing (there is a freezer for frozen bait and a fish cleaning station) We even had a shark visit and were blessed to have a manatee come to the dock. The covered deck was great for the rainy days. We rented a boat and kept it at the dock too— There was easy access to open waters just outside the canal. The community is quiet and felt super safe. The beach a couple minutes away was beautiful. The house is close to lots of restaurants and activities too!

Loved it!!

Great house-awesome location. The pool was so refreshing! The kitchen was loaded with dishes pots and pans- felt like home. Lots of seating.
