The additional third bedroom has a luxurious queen bed with access to another full bath located just off the hallway. Each bedroom has plenty of closet space, a ceiling fan, and it's own smart T.V. Large updated fully equipped kitchen. Dining room seating for 6 plus. Newly renovated pool and spa area complete with outdoor grill, beverage cooler, bar seating with Bluetooth speakers, 65 inch smart T.V. and lots of comfortable outdoor seating. This tranquil home has breathtaking views of beautiful Phillippi Creek canal. Rent your own boat, fish off the dock, kayak in the canal or simply sit back and enjoy a drink down by the water.

Why they chose this property

Our home is less than 10 minutes from the number one beach in America. Being located just off the key lends the added benefit of not having to deal with the beach traffic unless you are going to the beach! Explore Sarasota downtown, St. Armand's Circle and hundreds of wonderful restaurants and shops within minutes of the house. The views of Phillippee Creek canal from the outdoor space are breathtaking and will have you coming back year after year. We love to relax while watching our children fish off the dock. Many hours have been spent playing in the pool and watching the fish jump in the canal. The spa is a wonderful new addition that can be enjoyed regardless of the temperature outside and the colorful lights add both fun and ambiance to any evening.
