Oceanview Condo-Steps to the Beach plus 2 Pools!

Soulshine is located at A Place at the Beach V in the popular resort destination known as Shore Drive, in the Arcadian section of Myrtle Beach. Our beautifully decorated condo is located across the street from the beach, on the 3rd floor with an ocean view from the balcony. You will not have to worry about any noise coming from above! Although it is a 3rd floor unit, there is only two flights of stairs to climb (due to the complex not being elevated).

Primary bedroom has a queen size bed, guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. We can sleep up 4-6 people comfortably. You will find luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with freshly painted walls. The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated. Soulshine has a tranquil environment with soothing coastal colors and décor. All new furnishings within the condo has been selected with comfort for you in mind!

Our ocean view balcony has comfortable seating and provides a relaxing spot to sit & sip with your morning coffee or to end your day with a cocktail!

Other amenities: We provide guests with towels and linens, free WIFI. Smart TVs in every room (basic cable plus HBO), sound machines, Alexa, beach chairs, a cooler and a beach cart. Keyless entry avoids the risk of losing the house key and getting locked out!

****Off Season Guests will have a access to a record player. There are some old school albums for you to listen to. :)

Complex Amenities: A Place at the Beach V gives all guests access to two pools (one being oceanfront) and a picnic area with charcoal grills.

The Straw Market is right down the street from our unit. Here you will find Flip Flops Bar & Grill (bar food and live music!), a convenience store, ABC package store, a beach shop, a place to rent a golf cart, moped or bike, grab coffee or ice cream, and more! The Apache Pier is the East Coast's longest pier and is located across the street. If you would like to enjoy some great music & dancing after your walk on the pier, the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar is just a short walk down the beach as well as the popular River City Café where you can enjoy one of the best cheeseburgers on the beach. Don't Get It Twisted is located at the end of Shore Drive in Sands Beach Club and serves homemade dishes and has a fab bar! This is all within walking distance of our unit! Harry the Hats, Fin McCools, Calli Baker's Firehouse Grill, Ziggy’s, Backyard Sports Bar & Grill, Chuck's Steakhouse, Bimini's Oyster Bar & Seafood is less than a few miles away!

Nearby attractions include Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Tanger Factory Outlet, Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Carolina Opry, and more than 120 golf courses in the area. You can drive about 9 miles south to spend the afternoon exploring the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. There are several sports venues, attractions and shows you won't want to miss! We are conveniently located in the middle of Myrtle Beach but far away from the traffic and noise!

Some other suggestions include... sampling the local wine at the Duplin winery or watching a Pirates of the Caribbean show. A little further south is the Myrtle Beach State Park, The Marsh Walk located in Murrell’s Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, a botanical garden and Huntington Beach State Park. You will not run out of things to do in Myrtle Beach! But another option is to just kick back, relax, and soak in the sun and fun!

Everything was perfect! I will absolutely stay again and next time know that I literally need nothing but my swim suits! Everything you could need is already there, from a crockpot to beach toys! The condo was very clean, beds were super comfy! Highly recommend to anyone considering booking.

Soulshine was perfect! Super clean, beautifully decorated and completely stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The view was great and the location couldn’t be better. Great place to stay

Lovely little condo a very short walk to the beach. Quiet and safe area, conveniently located a couple minutes off highway 17 that will get you everywhere. Halfway between the hustle of the boardwalk and the shopping of North Myrtle. Near a Kroger’s and many restaurants. Nice pool, warm and great for kids. Just lovely overall! Really cute decor, you can tell the owners put a lot of effort in making it special.

Beautiful Cozy Condo

My family and I were in Myrtle Beach to watch our Son compete at Nationals. We needed a place that would not be to far from his team or the Myrtle Beach Covention Center. Thank goodness we found this Beautifully Decorated condo available. It included everything that we needed and is very comfortable. My teens and 9 year old loved the space and can't wait to come back. It's in a great location and the owners have very well listed instructions. Thank you for letting us stay at you amazing home.

This bed's too small...

Everything else was great except for the fact that my two companions (both of whom are adults, 5'10 or better) had very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements trying to get a good night's sleep on kiddie beds. (My one buddy spent our time there sleeping on the couch at night...) I was very explicit when booking that we were a group of adults, and expected to have sleeping accommodations to suit. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Excellent location and beautiful condo. Updated condo and host provided so many extras like use of beach chairs and beach towels and linens. Cute beach condo!

We loved our recent stay at Soulshine. We went to meet up with friends who have a place at Apache so I ended up having a few teenage girls with me. It was the perfect place! The unit was very clean and exactly as advertised. It was a quick walk down the street to get to the beach and we appreciated having the pool just outside of our building. Parking was easy. It was super close to a grocery store, etc. Nice touches like the welcome bucket, access to beach toys galore, and starter supplies of soap, etc were much appreciated. Communication with the owner Kelli was a breeze. I would definitely return.

Myrtle Beach Perfect Getaway

This place was absolutely gorgeous. You had a great side view of the ocean. Loved having my coffee early in the morning sitting on the balcony, looking at the beach. I would’ve taken pictures, but I said no phones so we can enjoy our family time. This place had everything you needed. I didn’t want to leave. Decor was beautiful and they still haven’t finished remodeling, I will definitely be back to see what they’ve done and enjoy another vacation. Recently renovated, clean, nicely decorated and close to the beach!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at this condo. We had a partial ocean view from the balcony and the condo is roughly a half block’s walk to the beach. The condo is recently renovated and beautifully decorated. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. We would definitely stay again and hope to plan another vacation next year!

Owning a beach getaway has always been our dream and that dream came true in Feb. 2020! For us, being by the water calms the soul. Which is why we named our condo, Soulshine! I am a social worker & a travel agent and my husband is a contractor. We have a large blended family...with 5 kids, 3 grandchildren and 2 fur babies! We love to travel and explore the world!!

Why they chose this property

This area of Myrtle Beach just felt like home the moment we walked in the door! The location is right in the middle of it all but when you get back here you are tucked away from all the traffic & noise!

What makes this property unique

We love that we can park our car and just walk to the local restaurants & bars. The Apache Pier & the famous Ocean Annie's Beach Bar are both a short walk down to the beach!
