Enjoy both the indoors and outdoors at this newly upgraded and themed cabin. Gather inside in the theater room with tiered theater seating and watch a movie on the big screen. Your group will love to gather for s'mores outside around your wood burning fire pit, Finish the evening with a drink at Gentleman Jack's bar and then a soak in the 101 degree hot tub in the enclosed screened in porch with Edison string lights.

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances to prepare in cabin meals. Retire to one of suites, one King and Queen, each with it's own jacuzzi tub and full bath. The kids will love the bunks and arcade game in the bunk bedroom. The adults can gather and shoot a game of pool in the bar area. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa in the theater room.

Located close and yet equal distance to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge the cabin is conveniently located. The cabin includes a gas grill, washer/dryer and free wireless internet.

*** Gentleman Jack's is located in Sky Harbor about 7 minutes from Elk Springs Resort main property and is conveniently located about 10 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg, 10 Minutes to Pigeon Forge and 10 Minutes to Dollywood. There is easy access to this cabin during peak travel as it's off highway 321 in Gatlinburg.

Private and Secluded

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful cabin, very clean, charming decor, super cozy, close to major attractions. We had a wonderful vacation! My only feedback is there was a water pressure issue where we could only use 1 shower at a time. Management should look into that. The view is peaceful and quiet, though not super private as there is another cabin next door. If you use the fire pit, bring your own dry fire wood and starter sticks. Nonetheless I would definitely recommend staying here as it’s a wonderful place! We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine with cabin except upon arrival we noticed lights weren't working on screened porch contacted management was told a part was on order,later that week I contacted them again and they stated parts had came in and maintenance would be out to fix them but still wasn't fixed when we checked out Saturday morning,We couldn't enjoy the hot tub or screened porch after dark because it was so dark couldn't see if anything was coming up on the deck

Much Needed Trip

The cabin was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all things, the location was perfect. We love staying in Sky Harbor. We had a few issues and they sent someone up to take care of them. The kids loved all the things the cabin had to offer. We had 4 kids 19,18,16,16. Love how it is in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We were blown away with how much space there was and how much there was to do. The hot tub was our favorite part of the cabin especially with the tv right there. The cabin was perfectly clean and the location of it is perfect. You feel far away from everything but you are still very close to everything. We plan to come back to this cabin next year and recommend it to everyone!

Awesome customer service

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Elk springs was very good. They have amazing communication and are willing to help with any problems that you may have. Our biggest complaint that we had with the Gentleman Jacks cabin is that right next door is a construction site and they liked to get working at 8 in the morning.. not what we wanted to be woken up by. However we will definitely be staying at Elk Springs resort cabins again just based off of the customer service we received.

Gentleman Jack stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The water pressure was very low. The heat quit working so we had to keep it on emergency heat. One of the toilets wouldn't flush. We couldn't get the theater room to work. The instructions that was sent didn't line up with the equipment in the cabin. Would not stay there again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, everything was great and the family had a great vacation. Cleanliness was good overall, keep in mind it’s a cabin with hardwood floors in the mountains—if you wear white socks or go barefoot, you will end up with dirty feet. There were a couple small issues that were addressed with the resort company, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. Location was also ideal, well away from the tourist areas (which is what we were looking for) and untouched by any fires from recent years. Please note-the air hockey table in the photos was no longer there and had been replaced with a foosball table. My youngest was bummed about that, but quickly got over it after a couple games of foosball...so you may want to verify if that’s a deal breaker for you...

Comfortable; Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean and in good working order. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and screened-in porch area! The fire pit area is a bit unlevel and difficult to traverse. The theater system was a bit antiquated but the resort quickly responded to our request for help with it. The coffee pot is drip only; no pods. The can opener needs to be replaced and if you need a mixer, you will need to bring one with you. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Beds were comfy. The location is great; just 15 or so minutes to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We also like that there are no steps to enter the property and a bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for anyone that may find steps difficult. We also enjoyed the pool table.We would stay again when in the area.

Beautiful but outdated technology

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for! The only downside was the annoying tv's and theater room. Maintenance had to come out 3 separate times and we followed the directions to a T. The maintenance man said that this is a constant issue for many of the cabins. Why not update to a roku? The living room tv was above the fireplace so the screen was tinted blue. When we already had limited time to spend in the cabin, it was frustrating waiting hours for maintenance to arrive and no manager to speak with. If you don't care about the theater room or tv's, then you will absolutely love it!! Still waiting on a call from the manager....

Nice place with a few issues

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a good time at Gentleman Jack's. It's a pretty nice place for a family getaway. A few issues though- if you want to play pool, the room is actually to small for the size table they have. There are short sticks but you better be a contortionist. Wrong size coffee filters provided for the machine made for some chewy coffee. Could use a deeper cleaning in places. We lost power for a few hours and it was problematic but that wasn't the fault of the owners. Also, there should be chairs on the lovely back porch- we had to move stools outside. Location is nice and quiet if not a little treacherous to get to. Watch for bears! We had one turn up in the driveway! 3.5 Stars - based on the price it should've been 100% IMO.

Reviewer Comments: Check-in was delayed and when mentioned we were told to expect a delay since it was stated when booking. No accommodations or discount was offered for the inconvenience. We had to call maintenance as we had to lights in the bathroom. Tubs and toilets were dirty, screens on doors were torn, no extra blankets left for pull out couch, pictures of fire pit area very misleading. We had a group of 8 and there was not enough room to seat all of us in the family room. The furniture that was there was crammed in the family room making it difficult to walk around. Dishes were dirty. No baking sheets available; only pots and pans. Silverware set of only 5 available.
