Experience this one-of-a-kind, modern retreat located in the heart of the coveted Kierland district, surrounded by golf, fine dining, shopping, sports, entertainment, and more! This 1400-sq ft, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom designer condo features top of the line fixtures, tile, glass, and custom lighting, providing a truly luxurious experience. Enhance your stay by lounging by the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or working out in the fitness center.

For your comfort and enjoyment there are 3 TVs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room), a fireplace, balcony patio, and a workspace with an ergonomic chair. The open-concept living space has views of the dining room, living room, and balcony from the kitchen.

The condo is located within a gated community. It has an attached 2-car garage with a ground floor entrance. However, there is a staircase to get up to the living area and bedrooms.

The full home is available to you with a convenient, key-less entry. I will provide a code for the front door and a key fob for access to the community amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc). If you have any questions, I am available by phone, email, and live ~15 min away. I'd love to host you!

We stayed at the property for the Thanksgiving holiday and it was perfect! The location is excellent - walking distance to Kierland, grocery store and restaurants. The condo has everything you need, was clean and very comfortable. Will absolutely stay here again.

This was our second time staying at this property. We enjoyed it just as much this time as we did the first time. We very likely will return again. Great place for our family visit

Our family comprised of 4 adults, 2 children, the girls, age 2, and a 7 month old. The property was very clean, updated and modern. Owner was so helpful and very responsive to our questions and needs. We love this community, having stayed here 4 or 5 times. Highly recommend.

My wife and I had a great time and appreciated the condo location and amenities. Haley was awesome to work with and very efficient. The condo is close to many restaurants and shopping. We love staying in this area and will continue to when visiting Scottsdale.

Relaxing Getaway

First of all, the condo is very lovely, clean & comfortable while located in a great spot! We walked to a wonderful outdoor shopping mall, & restaurants, & the condo is just a short drive to some great trails!! The owner was very quick to reply when I had a question. We highly recommend this condo.

Second stay at this property. Well located in the Kierland neighborhood. Close to everything. Plenty of comfy furniture for everyone to spread out at the end of a long day. Wonderful contemporary decor. Host is very responsive and friendly.

Exceptional place in a great location

The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable to stay in. Communication with the host was excellent. I would highly recommend this place. One thing to note if you have a large SUV it might not fit in the garage so you may need to ask the host for a parking permit, which is required by the property owners to park in one of the open spaces.You can walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. The WIFI was great for video meetings if you need to work while visiting.

Nice place in a perfect area.

The condo was accurately described. The check in process and the communication with the property manager was good. We had only a couple of questions which were answered immediately. The unit was beautifully appointed. Overall we had a good stay. I would give it a 5 star if it weren’t for the bedding. It neess to be replaced. On another note the ironing board was broken, and there were crumbs in the kitchen drawer. I would stay at this property again and I would recommend it.

Getaway in Scottsdale

My husband and I wanted a break in N. Scottsdale. This condo was nice. It’s just off the Kierland golf course. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Groceries are a couple of blocks away. Complex is quiet. Pool area is nice. Condo is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Haley was an excellent host and responded very quickly to all communication. Would recommend.

This was our second stay in Haley’s condo and we have another stay booked! The condo is in a quiet community and very walkable to shopping and great restaurants. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. Haley is extremely quick to respond to messages.
